I was wondering, since your energies are primarily directed toward the Cycle series now (and it sounds like a huge undertaking), is it still possible we could get another Ryria Chronicles at some point? You still have it listed as an ongoing series (rather than completed), and I would love to continue to enjoy the adventures of Rocye and Hadrian! Thanks for all you do!

Yes there will be more Riyria Chronicle Books - some of them will be necessary to fill in the foundation work for The Cycle books. I think when all is said and done there will be 8 of them total (Drumidor - which is on the press at the moment is #5). The next one will probably be Blythin Castle. If you know your "Riyria Lore" - this will be the book where Royce and Hadrian were "locked up" for over a year. The setting for that book was also seen in Esrahaddon - and it's kinda a "focal point" for more than one of my series.
As for release dates - I don't have any at this time. But I suspect that the Chronicle books will be "interspersed" with the release of the Cycle books. If I were to guess . . . I'd say that it'll probably go something like this:
- Blythin Castle (Riyria Chronicle #6)
- TWWB (Cycle #1)
- Untitled (Riyria Chronicle #7)
- TWWL (Cycle #2)
- TWWF (Cycle #3)
- Untitled (Riyria Chronicle #8)
- TWWO (Cycle #4)
- TWWS (Cycle #5)
Now, all of that is subject to change - but it let's you know where my head is at for the moment.

I Just stumbled upon your name from my kindle app after finishing the first Novel ( "The Name of The Wind" ) I had read when I decided to pick up reading again. This was to help aprk my childs instreset in reading. Your world looks interesting. I was wondering if I should read the books in chronological or publish date order. My gut says publish date. Which would be the best order to read the series?

Hey. I just wanted to ask if you've heard of GraphicAudio? I'd love it if you'd let your books be re-imagined in the GraphicAudio format. Question was too long to fit in.
