What do you think of librarians? Also, as a reader/author, how can you persuade others to read?

What do I think of librarians? I love them! How can you not love a librarian? I used to work in the library in Junior High and High School. And one of my best friends, and a woman who I admire greatly, is an MLS who works at Denver Public Libraries. This is one of the reasons I created Faye in BREATHE. :-)
I must admit, I'm not sure how to answer your second question except to say my best way to persuade folks to read is to write books I hope are emotionally engaging and worth every moment reading them. I've had a number of my readers say they recommend my books to friends and family, even those who don't read - and they find themselves immersed in my books. As you can imagine, that's a HUGE compliment! So I would say that's my best way to do it!

Hi, Kristen ! I would like to start by saying I absolutely love your books so freaking MUCH!! I recently saw your Instagram, about starting Deke's and Justice's book, and my friend and I have disagreement about how you pronounce "Deke". I think it's pronounced Deek, while my friend thinks its Dee-kee. I would love to know how you imagine it be pronounced ?! Thank you so much for all your amazing books!

In the few books I have read by you, (I'm a new fan~), the male characters really screw up, either in the beginning or at the end of the story, but they don't actually apologize verbally. They just get really sweet. Usually it is the women who apologize for getting mad for so long. Is there a reason behind this?

Hello Kristen! I love your books and I've been re-reading some of them until I can get my fix with Noctorno and Franka's story. I've started Lady Luck last night, and I got curious about Navarro. He seems like a very interesting character, this poker player looking for a good woman. So I wanted to know if there was ever the possibility of him getting hiw own book one day?
