My first suggestion is to join my Authors/Readers group on Goodreads and look at the hundreds of posts from authors on how to make a book successful. That group has close to 20,000 members.
I would also tell you to make sure the books are well written and edited properly.
Lastly, you can try giveaways, social media posts, targeted advertising, and blog threads.

Dear Mr. Lowry, Hopes you are well. How do I get my book on Goodreads? My first book "My Animal Alphabet Book And a Note to Parents Who Want Their Children to Succeed (2018) is there, and I would like to add "Bridging the Gap- Parents Guide for Struggling Learners in Elementary Schools (2021) but I do not see the instructions on how to upload the book cover on the site. What am I missing? Thanks, Delores Henriques
