What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Pochassic There is no timeline for success, so take your time. Remember commercial success is not in your control, it's literally in the hands of your readers. The analogy I like to use is that it's like farming lightning. You put out as many lightning rods as you can(your books), then wait for the storm(the readers). So just write the stories you want to read, with 8 billion people in this world your audience will find you. To paraphrase a famous film "If you write it , the audience will come."
