Thomm Quackenbush
I got the idea for Artificial Gods because I grew up about an hour away from Pine Bush, New York, where the story is set. Jasmine Woods was a minor character in We Shadows and Danse Macabre, so I thought I would flesh her out a bit more and explore the mystery of the UFO flap that involved Pine Bush. I went to several meetings of the United Friends Observer Society to get material, which definitely helped to shape the story.
