What did make you to choose this sub-genre in Science Fiction during this technological world?

Carolina Cody Aldaz Hi Chandiran, this novel is a personal work and hence it is difficult to classify in a particular genre. Mainly I chose science fiction because the story takes place on planet Twinmortal and all the characters are aliens. Respect to the sub-genre, I was not sure about choosing cyberpunk or fantasy since elements that compose those two sub-genres are present. In the end, I chose fantasy because there is more magic than science and technology in the story. Hope this helps, enjoy the novel!
