Hey Danielle,
It was both creepy and beautiful. I had done a lot of research before I went, so I sort of new what to expect. But it's just like the pictures all over the web. Very green. Haunting. But pleasant. I guess what you don't get from the pictures is how quiet it is, and the serenity.
If you're ever to Japan, I would recommend going!
