Callie Hutton Write every single day. Even if it's only a few paragraphs. Read books on writing, but also read books in the genre you're writing in. It helps to see how other authors have put together a book, the flow, the conflict, the character arcs. Also get a critique partner who will help strengthen your writing. But most of all -- write. Good luck!
