Was Dark Matter's Jason named intentionally to work with the whole "adjacent universe" premise, or is the sound alike just coincidence? Seriously loved that book. Listened to it at least half a dozen times now.

Dark Matter was the first book of yours that I read and became one of my favorite books that I now constantly yell at people to go read. I read Recursion once it came out as well and it hit me that both books have a strong core story around family and human connection. Is there a reason why your science fiction novels, especially Dark Matter and Recursion, have such beautifully emotional family themes swirled in?

Do you have an estimated launch date for your next book? I've read, re-read and listened to Dark Matter and Recursion, so I'm very much looking forward to the next one! Also, how involved are you with the selection of narrators for your audiobooks? I thought Jon Lindstrom was a great choice for Dark Matter and Recursion. Do you get a variety of samples to choose from, and then you put forward your fave? Thanks!
