I'm confused, I found Remnant through Jordan L. Hawks Whybirne & Griffin' series so read 'The Caldwell Ghost & Butterflies' (first) which I loved. But, those books, as well as Remnant make me feel as if I've missed an entire series. Will I ever get more of these two wonderful men and the history they keep alluding to?

I had to skip a way forward in Simon and Robert's timeline for them to meet Whyborne & Griffin, but I am writing the in-between story arc about how things developed and how Robert got the cartouche.

There will also be a Christmas Feximal story this year. It will totally be all about plum pudding and holly and carols and lovely happy feelgood things, and *hardly any* occult horror at all. Honest. :)

Hi. I just wanted to say I was blown away by your books. I have bought the lot- and marked the next Magpie Lord book on my calendar. I love that they have great timing. The speech is not laboured, and it reads beautifully. The plot twists are also fantastic. When I was telling my husband about the characters and plot I ended up hopping around the room. Only one question- where can I buy a tolerant cat? ;)

Still no news on that front? I am almost desperate for audio versions of the Magpie series. I keep rereading them, but I would so love to hear them too. Provided they find the right narrator. The banter in this series, esp Lucien's and Merrick's is so brilliant it would be awful if the narrator didn't do it justice.
