Hi Doug. Not a question, just a comment. I'm currently re-reading Sliding Beneath the Surface. I read it for the first time just after we visited St. Augustine the first time. It's really exciting to revisit the book now that I'm more familiar with the city, and I'm following Jeff and Carla's adventures on Google Maps as I read. I told my husband I want to visit the Dade Pyramids the next time we're down there. ?

So glad you got to visit the city. Pretty cool, huh? Yes, I really hope you can get to actually see the pyramids. They are well worth the little extra side trip.
