Name: Esther Forswith Geronimo Wright Carl Fortran III (Goes by the nick Edgar.)

He is a caustic, vulgar, asinine, sarcastic pervert. Rude to the point of downright hurtful, he takes extreme pleasure in the pain of others. Although one would think these traits would make him horrible for anything, he is extremely competent and able to bring out the best performances from his actors.
History: Growing up he constantly had his head in a book. Bullied to the point where he tried to take his life he was the quintessential "art guy". After recovering from the suicide attempt he decided that was enough. Turning into the horrible person he is now was his way of coping. Joined theatre (Charlie I don't believe you've explained how this tier is referenced amongst the rest. Or I just missed it. :/) and was quickly realized as a person with great vision. Directed his first major play at the age of 16, in the largest theatre in the area, following with several highly successful independent films, and was quickly recruited for the movie that is currently being worked on (I may have to change this depending on what is decided Charlie :P).
Skills: Despite (or perhaps because of) his attitude people listen to him; mostly to prevent getting on the wrong side of his tongue. Girls are especially afraid of him, due to his ummm...rather physical nature. Again despite his rather questionable interpersonal skills he can see what is the best in an actor and will give them what is best. He does not accept failure, and any person who does so is cut from whatever he's doing.

Personality: Clark is the cocky cute guy. He is a model, he's in movies, he even produced one. His name is big, literally in lights. He has a GREAT attitude towards women. Clark is also very persuasive, not necessarily just with his words...
History: Clarks had a nice childhood, mainly filled with posters and kiddie commercials, but at least he got the good life.
Other: He has dyslexia, his nannys motto was "Well Clark, when life gives you melons you may be dyslexic" after Clark had failed the lines in a lemonade commercial.

Personality;Disorganised, great at lateral thinking, sarcastic, finds it hard to fit in, very nice once you get in inder the sarcasm.
History:Never showed good social skills, but was quite an innovative thinker and writer. Often helped round with other jobs, even though she wasn't assigned to them.
Specific skills: Writing. Also great with technology and thinking. It's a shame she wasn't in the scientist tier...

Personality: She is her own unique person. She can be Sassy, Intelligent, Caring, and Artistic. She is an all around fun person. She is defiantly a follow the rules and act like a good two shoes to the certain adult figures but she can have be the craziest girl ever also. She is very friendly and makes friends left and right no matter what age or species you are. but don't get on her bad side or other wise.
History: They knew when she was 4 that she was going to be famous. When she started talking it wasn't exactly talking it was more of singing. Sh sang back the whole lullaby that she would get sung each nite since she was born. As she grew older she started lying very easily and can act out very well. So, that is how she became what she will be...she is counting off the days until she becomes famous.
Skills Specific: She can play the piano, violin, and she is starting to learn guitar. She is an easy learner. She learns mostly be seeing and sound. Her weaknesses is getting emotional with certain words..like family, and she is deathly afraid of spiders and the dark. She is an amazing singer. She can act, and she can dance.
