You would be surprised how often this happens. A lot of times people just create a new series for the newest book instead of adding the book to the existing series.It is really annoying. Thanks for pointing it out.

No problem; I accidentally did that once myself, but at the time I had Librarian status and was able to fix it myself. I'll keep pointing these sorts of things out as I find them :-)
Yea it happens. Especially if people don't look at the author page to see if the series exists (since that is the easiest way to find a series). And then you have a cache issue where it may not be listed when you look.

I'm not sure if you can delete the duplicate 2nd series, but thought I'd see if you could, since it's just sort of confusing :-)
