Please Introduce Yourself

Thank you for the fine quote "I know the road is long and narrow, but I am willing to follow it". I know that many of us echo this same sentiment.

Welcome to the group!

Welcome Dani. Great decision. Wish you peace and tranquility.

I enjoy reading about the faith and the history of the Church...there is always something new to learn! I feel most connected to Mary and the mystical theology side of things. I studied Centering Prayer with Father Keating in Colorado many years ago and have practiced it on and off since around 1989.
I am joining you in reading Life of Christ...I hope to read/listen to a little bit each day...enjoying it so far.

Welcome to the group Susie. I am a lifelong Catholic and arrived here only recently myself and am glad to see interesting voices coming to the fold.

Welcome to the group, please make yourself at home and join the conversations.

Hi Susie! I hope you enjoy reading "The Life of Christ". Welcome to the group!

Welcome to the Group Leslie, I see that you are already a very active reader, please keep sharing your observations.
I am also a fan of the Navarre Bible series.

Welcome to the group! Please join in the conversations, both books contain chapters that can be read and appreciated on a chapter by chapter basis.
My name is Elizabeth, but my family and friends call me Beth. I don't mind either one. I am a cradle Catholic. I love to read spiritual books that challenge me to be a better Catholic. I find the Saints fascinating to study, especially our Blessed Mother. She has been a wonderful mainstay in my life. Jesus Christ is my one true love, as my vocation is single. I am involved in the Real Christian Group, but would love to be involved in this group geared toward Catholicism, where my heart is.

Hi Elizabeth! The people here in this group are very welcoming and friendly. I am sure you will feel at home here. I look forward to your participation!

Welcome to the group. Please join one (or more) of the conversations whenever you wish.

I also wanted to pass on this website and encourage everyone to start their own confraternity or do the prayers. http://holyfacedevotion.com/

My names Michael and I just joined the group. I look forward to discuss Catholic books and thought. Please feel free to send me an email or add me as a friend. I look forward to the discussions.

My name is Elsa. I am a Catholic who enjoys reading Catholic books on various topics (fictional, apologetics, mariology, etc.). I've been through many ups and downs in which I began questioning everything I've ever believed in, but I believe all of it has made me much stronger in my faith and trust in Christ. I know the road is long and narrow, but I am willing to follow it.
Anyway, I hope to discuss many various topics (especially book topics) with the rest of you!
God's blessings,
Elsa
