It's a known bug in the series display; because the first two books are by different authors, the series isn't correctly attributed to any of the authors. You also get problems with co-authors of series books. :(

The problem is, the series IS NOT SHOWN on ALL of the author's series list.
What is the policy of Goodreads, should it be shown on all of the author series's list, or it is just shown on the author who wrote most books in the series, which is Lynn Abbey.
