I love most of her books and all of her trilogies,but I think this is my favorite series/trilogy. It is a perfect example of the strength of the "sister" relationship" as well as the romantic relationships.
I am old enough that so many books I read earlier had weak female characters with question intelligence. That always drove me crazy but I love to read. I know this was the first book to show a strong intelligent lead, but it characterizes what she brings to modern literature...yes, I called it literature.

My Favorite 3 by Ms. Roberts too. Holding the Dream esp. I also like her Born Series.
