Well, now that I've added a cover and two out of three ISBN numbers that will soon be obsolete, I can introduce myself.

Morgan St. James, author and so many other hats I lose track. A Corpse in the Soup is being reissued by our new publisher, L&L Dreamspell, on March 14, 2009 in paperback and e-formats, so the ISBN numbers for the paperback, e-book and Kindle will change. The audio book remains the same with the same ISBN#, but will get a funny new cover.

My sister, Phyllice Bradner, and I were raised in a zany family--you know, the type where people put lampshades on their heads at parties and no one thinks that's strange.

Anyway, we write the Silver Sisters Mysteries series--comical crime capers that should fit right in with your group. Crazy names, schemes that backfire and twins as different as tofu and truffles. Top it off with a pair of octogenarians--the twins mother and uncle--who are former vaudeville magicians. The oldsters love to dress in disguises and go undercover to help their girls, even though they're warned to stay home and out of trouble.

As for the twins, Goldie Silver is an over-the-hill hippie who owns an antique shop in Alaska, and her twin, Godiva Olivia DuBois, is a wealthy, manipulative Beverly Hills widow who writes a syndicated advice column.

When they try to find out who really murdered a chef, they almost wind up in that big soup pot in the sky themselves.

The next goofy escapade is Seven Deadly Samovars. The audio book will be released in about a month and the paperback and electronic editions including Kindle will be released before the end of August.

A Corpse in the Soup was even named Best Mystery Audio Book 2007 by USA Book News.

Oh yeah. I also write books and short stories without my sister. You can find my short stories in The World Outside the Window, Writers Bloc II, Chicken Soup for the Shoppers' Soul, Chicken Soup for the Soul: Celebrating People Who Make a Difference and a quartet of Amazon Shorts.
