Er... *ahem*.... I apologize. I'm in a twitchy, recovering-from-a-scary-hour, giddy mood.....))
"Mine." Ei repeated, tightening his grip. "Don't... test me." He certainly didn't like this demon, and very much didn't care for the warbling human thing, but one must protect what is theirs.

Katie being as stubborn and as strong willed as she was, could clearly tell this was going to end badly. The hostility around her was far too much and Ei was tightening his grip every moment. His grip had gotten so tight that she felt his fingers painfully piercing through her skin. As much as she wanted to find a way home she realized this wasn't the time or place to do so. She wanted very badly to be released by Ei at this given moment wanting nothing more than to be free of his harsh grip. She bit her lip to prevent herself from calling out in pain and instead managed to say softly "A-actually on second thought, I've decided to stay here...I think it would be best if I stayed..Don't you think so Ei? I think so..thanks for the offer Shi but I'm actually going to stay here. Perhaps I can go later.." her voice trailed off into nothing as she soon hoped Ei would release her.

"... I'm pleased." Ei finally managed a smile. He released the girl's arm, pausing to lick some blood that clung to his nails.
Katie quickly pulled her arm away still feeling the stinging sensation where Ei had dug his nails into her skin. She scowled not liking the fact she was harmed in all this, she didn't like getting harmed by some thing that forced her to stay against her will. She quickly wiped away some of the blood seeping from the cuts and put the damaged arm behind her shielding it from any other attacks. "Well, I'm glad your pleased, now we can stop all this nonsense. I'm staying here with you so there is no more conflict. Everyone can be happy" Katie gave a wary look towards Shi then towards Ei hoping conflict would not arouse itself, she really didn't want to get harmed again.
Katie then turned to Ei (at a safe distance) "Since I am staying in this forest for the time being can you tell me what there is to do?" Her arm was still bleeding behind her so she had to keep wiping the blood away, it had to stop eventually.
Though she had not responded to what Shi said she was still worrying about it, she just assured herself not to get into Ei's way.

Katie frowned slightly at Ei's little list of things to do, the last one she found the most worrying. You should of left when you had the chance...now your stuck with this psycho..but was there ever a chance for you to leave? Probably not.. Katie quickly snapped her thoughts away ignoring the dark pessimist thoughts that seemed to come up in this situation. She had to think of the good things in this situation, despite how few.
"That dosen't sound very fun...I don't like the sound of that last one...can't we just chat about the weather? I'd much prefer that." Katie deep down felt a sinking feeling creep into her as she felt her situation get worse and worse. The way he said "Run" made her extremely uneasy making her want to just disappear and go away from here. Where there more people like this in this world? She hoped not...maybe Ei was one of the only ones. But her logical side decided against that one.

((Gosh darn it. when did he become such a softie? Ugh silly Shi T-T Oh well, I'll find a way to make it stop))
((Wait a tick, its actually Strange's turn to go~ Was a little bit confused..its been cleared up now~))

((I'm sorry, my dear sheep, I've been insanely busy these past few weeks. Such is the terrible moderator that I am.))
Ei grinned, a quick flash of dagger-like teeth, and he nodded. "Yes... Run."

((WELCOME BACK! We missed you! ^°^ My life has been very busy too, got into my schools and also our musical is tomorrow. SUPER NERVOUS!))
Katie’s head was screaming, demanding, that she get herself as far away as she could from Ei and these woods. She wanted nothing more than to get away from this awful place and to finally return home where she belonged. She didn't belong here, she belonged at home reading a magazine not having to worry that there could be a possibility of her dying. All these thoughts and warning sped through her head and though the warnings got louder she remained frozen. It was as if she was frozen in place, unable to move, finally she was able to break her gaze with Ei and bolt off. Katie was running as fast as she could trying desperately to find some kind of clearing or ending to this forest but it seemed to stretch on and on. She had to continuously ignore the urge to turn around and see if she was being pursued but knew it would be best to just keep running. Just keep running..just keep running..maybe he will go away and give up...yeah...just keep running...
It was that moment when she was running through the strange forest she realized how powerless she was, she was just some helpless plaything in the middle of someone's game. A game where she could possibly die if she didn't stop running. Katie’s eyes scanned for some kind of rescue or really anything that could possibly help her...eventually she would have to stop running..and what if Ei caught up? She hoped Ei couldn't run very fast..

"Fun." Ei's grin grew practically to his temples, sreading far farther than any normal character should have. Then he lunged, moving after her with the speed and grace of an animal.

((Hey guys I will post later tomorrow...I just got home from my musical and am super tired...it was so fun but I'm so tired..Night))
Katie drew in sharp quick breaths as she made her way through the forest in the quick dash. As much as she tried to ignore it she could hear swift footsteps behind her, the crackling of dead leaves became louder and louder until she felt Ei very close. How far away was he? She couldn't tell but she felt he was close...Katie though loosing hope at every turn pressed on trying to run a little faster hoping to escape this chase. Ahead of her where some thick looking bushes and since she couldn't make a detour she decided to run straight through them. Katie as she stumbled slightly over a thick tree route managed to stay on her feet, from the corner of her eye she could see a thick mossy log. She quickly thought of an idea, perhaps she could protect herself. Katie quickly grabbed the log holding it with her two hands and set into a fighting stance. Ei would come through those bushes soon...very soon...in fact she thought she could hear him. She didn't want to run anymore..soon she would have to stop and then Ei would catch up..and then what? She didn't want to know the outcome, she just decided she wanted to try her cards fighting. Hopefully her makeshift weapon could work..
((AHAHA! Yes! Katie will take her chances with Ei armed with her trusty piece of wood! :D I don't know if this will go well..But~ YEAH GO KATIE!))
((Moop~ Nah, she is probably just busy~ With all the Strange activities that fill her schedule~))
Katie sighed deeply as she figured Shi could help her in some way and that he could help her in some ways. But really, could she trust him? He did do that horrible trick that gave her so much pain, but then again she brought it upon herself. It wasn't entirely his fault and really it was more of Katie's fault if anyone. She WAS the one that dared him too do it, if she knew it would cause so much pain she would of thought twice. But there was no use going over these things now, what happened happened. Katie figured she could trust him...it would be a better idea than stay in this forest. Katie was about to set off after Shi before she was held back by someone, Ei. Gosh, he had a strong grip. Katie turned to Ei and scowled "Hey! Let me go! Shi is going to help me!" she protested angrily.
