The Exorcist, the movie, scared the bejesus out of me. However, the book was so much scarier to me. I still think about it and it's been many, many years since I've read it. I am really enjoying this group. Lots of participation and the people are friendly.

I'm a music nut as well. Love my classic rock, blues (I'm from Louisiana :), some country and soul. Lots of good music out there past and present.

Welcome to all the new arrivals! I agree on the Exorcist. The book is worth the read but be prepared :) The movie, at the time, was big time scary but watching it now...not so bad as a lot that have come out in the last decade.

Hello everyone. My name is Gary. I like to read and write. Currently I am reading THE PASSAGE by Justin Cronin. I read almost all genres as long as the story is good and well written.
I like most sports, but football and baseball top the list.
And I like a good movie.

It's going great, despite the heat wave we're currently having. It's so hot we can't go outside for long.
