Romance Lovers for the Challenge-Impaired discussion

DURATION:   June 1 - June 30th, 2015

This challenge is all about those heroes or heroines that society would deem unsuitable. You know, the ones your elderly nosy neighbor would be horrified to know you were dating... However they overcome their trials and find their HEA or at least HFN.

LEVELS:

1-2 - Easy
3-5 - Medium
6-9 - Harder
10 or more - Hardest

RULES:   Choose a level and read books featuring heroes and heroines that fall into one or more of the categories. You can also Spell-It-Out. In addition, you may choose two “Reader’s Choice” or “Wild Card” Birthday Babies books.

Wow, I have a LOT of books about assassins. I wonder what makes them so attractive to write about?

They are dangerous ?

But ex-cons are dangerous too. And thieves can be dangerous as well. Addicts have the whole damaged (need saving) thing going on. Are most assassin stories about killing bad people?

All the ones I've read are about killing bad people . Interesting theory!

Unless you go for a mob hit man kind of story. The ones they kill may not be BAD, bad.

I don't like mob or mafia stories , there is no way that they can be redeemed in my mind!

I think I've read some with assassins of various types, but rarely are portrayed as just evil. I was actually surprised at how few con man books I was able to find (and not just those I already own).

I'm done with - I loved every second of it, 4 star read - steamy, romantic, action induced with lovely characters. On to the next :)
I've read and - although both were good - entertaining with solid plot, steamy and displaying well developed, emotional characters, I've seen much better from both auteurs and their respective series. All in all I'm glad I completed this challenge and all three reads were great.

I suggest searching Smashwords or Kindle Direct. There are bound to be some.
