Susanna - Censored by GoodReads (susannag) | 2167 comments What book would you like to read in July about the Tudors or Tudor England?

If you can't remember if we've already read a book as a group, there's a shelf ("group reads") at the group's bookshelves - you can find a link to those on the right hand side of the group's home page.

Two nominations to a person, please.

Or, since the selection for June (Antonia Fraser's biography of Mary Queen of Scots) is nearly 600 pages - do you just want to make that July's selection as well?

Carolyn | 29 comments I vote for it to be July as well. I know I won't get through 850 pages in June.

Ginny (gingerscraps) | 4 comments I too vote for the June selection to be part of Julys.

Susan (suereadsbooks) I think Mary Queen of Scots will take two months to read properly and a lot it the time it deserves. I support the suggestion that there should be no nominations for July and 'Mary' is the June/July group read.

Elena | 73 comments I agree. I definitely won't be able to read it in June, but maybe I'll try in July.

Susanna - Censored by GoodReads (susannag) | 2167 comments OK, I'll just extend Mary Queen of Scots to 2 months. It's long and it's non-fiction.

Carolyn | 29 comments Great! My daughter and I are going back to Scotland in the spring of 2016. I need to read more Scottish history.we were there a few years back, but had to come home early because of hurricane Sandy in the United States. Looking forward to going back.
