Hi folks. This is the first thread I've ever started, so please forgive if I'm putting this in the wrong place.
I just wanted to note, regarding the SF book of the month, that there are two versions of it. The original was pubbed 1974. There was another version, a "director's cut" as it were, pubbed in 1997, Haldeman's preferred version. I just thought I'd note this because otherwise discussions among people reading different versions might become confused.

OK, noted, and thanks for shunting it over.

On an interesting note it turns out there are actually three versions, a "Definitive" edition being released at some point as well.I think it and the Directors cut are almost the same though worth noting
