Will nodded. "exactly."

She sat up, facing him so there wasn't much distance between them now. "And what if they find out?"

"Then we deal with it..." Will replied. He sat up as well, wincing lightly. He quickly hid it.

She touched her forehead with his, lacing her fingers behind his neck

Will smiled some, his arms wrapping gently around her.

"Will?" She said quietly.

"Yeah?" He asked, his voice soft and gentle.

She sighed. "You were right. There is no darkness without light." She whispered

Will nodded. Instead of saying anything, he kissed her lightly.

She froze for a bit before gently kissing him back, touching his cheek.

Will didn't pull away. Everything, all his thoughts were gone, his mind solely focused on her.

She leaned forward a little, trying to make herself more comfortable. She wanted to deepen the kiss but she felt scared that he would pull away.

Will moved closer to her, so there was almost no space between them.

She gently deepened the kiss, moving with him.

Will smiled against her lips, not pulling away.

She accidentally touched the bruise. She pulled away instantly. "I'm sorry, did I hurt you?"

Will felt some pain but it barely registered in his mind. "Don't be sorry, you didn't." He said quietly.

She breathed out a faint sigh of relief. She leaned on his shoulder.

He smiled some, his arms still around her.

"Will?" She whispered. "I don't wanna leave."

"I don't either." He whispered back to her.

"But I have to, don't I?" She sighed heavily.

"If you get in trouble, you might not be able to come out here.." He whispered.

"Yeah, I know." She bit her lip. "Same for you too."

Will nodded. "I know."

"I need to go." She gently pulled away.

((I'm sorry. I fell asleep. I've been fasting lately so its very difficult for me. :( )

Will nodded.

"Do me a favor." She touched his cheek. "And don't get hurt so much."

"I'll try." Will promised.

After a few nights, Alina was back on the fields during the early evening. She wasn't able to get out of her castle for a few days since her father became overprotective. Sighing, she picked at the grass beneath her.

Will walked out to the fields. He smiled when he saw Alina. He didn't admit it openly but he had missed her. His black eye was gone and the bruise on his jaw was barely able to be seen.

She didn't notice him at first. She had too many thoughts in her head so she was very distracted.

Will walked up to her.

She looked up the noise. "Hey." She smiled.

"Hey. You alright?" He asked, sitting beside her.

"Uh, yeah, sort of." She sat up. "What about you?"

"Why just sort of?" Will asked. "I'm better." He shrugged.

"Just feeling a bit suffocated by my family." She rolled her eyes and touched the bruise. "Does it hurt?"

Will nodded. "No. The only thing that still hurts are my ribs."

She smiled and kissed him lightly. "I'm sorry."

"Don't be." He replied.

She leaned on his shoulder, closing her eyes

Will wrapped his arms around her.

"Elysium is coming up soon." She murmured.

((Since they're, like, opposite courts and have to maintain peace shouldn't the courts have the Elysium thingy every year between Darks and Lights?))
