Tinath and Fallen
"Are you going to come?" She closed her eyes
"I have to." Will replied. "Leaders and family required to attend.."
"Maybe I'll see you there." She bit her lip.
"There's something I haven't told you." She muttered.
Will looked at her. "Okay.. What is it?" He asked gently.
"Well, you know ever since I was, like, an infant, there was some talk..." She hesitated. "Since I'm the eldest, I'm the heir right? So they all sort of want me to be engaged to this stupidly powerful guy..Well, its not confirmed and they need my approval." She said quickly. "It's just, I have to make my decision this year."
Will nodded. "and you don't know what to do..." He guessed quietly.
"Well, I want to say no." She sighed. "God, do I wanna say no. He's so...harsh and selfish and mean but I don't know what to say in my defense."
Will nodded. He frowned, trying to think of what to do to help her. "What can I do....?" He asked.
"Nothing, I just wanted to...tell you. Beforehand, you know?" She sighed, playing with her fingers.
"Okay." Will gently took her hand, intertwining their fingers. He smiled lightly at her.
She touched her forehead with his. "I am so sorry."
"Don't be... It's not your fault. You haven't done anything." Will reassured quietly.
Not knowing what to say, she kissed him.
Will kissed her lightly, keeping his fingers intertwined with hers.
She closed her eyes and deepened the kiss, sighing.
She pulled back after a bit, not wanting to hurt him

After a few minutes, she fell asleep.

"Will?" She asked groggily in her sleep.
"Do I have to go home?" She asked softly.
"Yeah probably. I don't want you getting in trouble.." Will whispered.
She groaned. "I don't want to move."
"Then stay out here. But won't your parents notice...?" Will replied.
"Dad might. I could just lie." She suggested but then frowned. "But then you'll get into trouble."
"Don't worry. I have someone who will cover for me." Will replied.
"Okay." She whispered. "Stay with me."
Will smiled lightly. He eventually closed his eyes, drifting to sleep.
Somewhere during dawn, she woke up with a start.
Will was already awake, still beside her. "You're okay." He whispered.
"Oh." She relaxed. "Good morning."
"Oh, I had this terrible dream." She rubbed her eyes.
"I don't remember." She curled against him.
Will nodded, "yeah."
