Was it bad, like the first in the series ("Kill and Tell") or good, like the second ("All the Queen's Men")?

Sandi *~The Pirate Wench~* To me this was the best of the 3 books.

JC Yikes, I didn't know it was trilogy. I really like this book and the other book by this author called Killing Time.

I loved Killing time! :)

Alexis-Morgan Roark I liked it but didn't REALLY LIKE IT, you know?

Lily was a kick butt heroine, but there was A LOT going on in this book. I just checked the reviews, and it's a mixed bag with some pretty good comments.

Personally, I think it's a cross between the two you mentioned.

Yeah..I would have to agree with you there, but I liked the ending in this one the best.

Elayne I didn't like this book as much as the other two, gotta say I'm a romantic at heart and it saddened me to think they could never have children..but thats just me I suppose, real life is sometimes unfair so I want fictional characters to have it better!

Good point there Elayne..didnt think of it that way..

Michalus I loved this book. It had me laughing and crying.

Diane Saxon I read this book years ago and really loved it. The heroine has a great personality, but the hero is fabulous.

Robyn I found this book to be a bit heavy for me. I loved both Kill and Tell and All the Queen's Men, but the h's lack of any hope through most of this book got me down.

This book is still on my list, but I'm not seeing anything in the overall reviews to get me really revved up to read it. Howard is always a hit or miss for me, and I'm sticking right now with authors that are a bit more consistent.

Thanks for all the help, ladies! :)
