Summer Romance Reading Challenge
duration: May 1st - July 31st"
That's great, J!
Summer time is the best time to read(in my opinion)! I remember sitting a whole summer with my cousins reading books outside in sun :)
Hope you'll enjoy the reads!

I have moved the challenge temporarily to the annual challenge folder with the idea that the challenge is absorbed into the Create Your Own Reading Challenge thread.
Could each of the participants (Celia, Janeka & Bre) please create their own thread in the Create Your Own Reading Challenge folder and follow your progress there?
Thanks! :)

It starts May 1st and ends July 31st.
The point of the SRRC (who knew there was any?!) is being creatively challenged the whole summer, having fun together and cleaning out our TBR-list! It’s a win-win-win situation, so let’s start!
RULES of the GAME?
This summer, we're plants! It's the season for growth! One day we'll be mighty reading trees<3
You choose a level to "grow" to. We have 4 levels, each consists of 4 books:
- Level I (L1) ~ The Seedling
- Level II (L2) ~ The Sprout
- Level III (L3) ~ The Blossom
- Bonus Level (BL) ~ The Fruit
Remember to state which level you start on, but you can always read & add more later :)
You get points for each read book ~ even if you didn't complete the level. You also get points for each completed level.
When the Summer Challenge is finished, I will announce everyone's scores.
__
1. You finish reading all the books in a level in order to complete it!
__
2. Start on level I and “level up” to reach other levels. e.g. you want to be a level III (L3) reader, so you start on L1, continue to L2, reach level L3 and complete it.
__
3. The levels restart each month.
__
4. You can “only“ stay on or rise a level. e.g. in May you are level II. In June you stay on L2, but in July you decide to level up to L3.
Leveling down the following month is not encouraged, but I refuse to prohibit it.
Suggestion: Instead of setting too high expectations give yourself breathing room to rise in levels ;)
__
5. One comment per person: Gather all your books and updates in one comment field
Why? #1 to have a better overview of the posts, #2 to make one’s progress clearer.
How!? On the lower left corner of your post choose ‘edit’ to add or make changes to your text.
GENRE ?
All and any! Romance is always preferable, but not a necessity.
PROHIBITIONS?
No audio-books.
Why ?! This is a reading challenge, so the point of it is reading the books.
