Roberta: That's why I have both a Nook and a Kindle although I like the Nook much, much better than the Kindle.

I don't have either but I do have their apps on my laptop and that's where I read from. Doesn't cost anything but not a very convenient size.

i have it on my laptop, but my laptop makes my lap too warm lol..not comfy...

I broke down and bought the cheap (with advertisement) Kindle because more and more of there books can not be converted. I was really enjoying the freebies and specials but if I can get a book for the same prices at B&N, I would rather have it on my Nook.

with Nook HD (which is on Sale right now)you can put the Kindle app on it and have all your books on one device. That is what I just done. I upgraded to the Nook HD and loaded the Kindle app. I LOVE IT!

yes I have nook hd now and through the google play app you can get the kindle app...its awesome!!
