Lauryn April (laurynapril) | 43 comments They are required to take them down. Contact them, look for the words "DMCA" on their site, (and if you can't then you can contact google and have their site removed from their search engine) say this:

"Link to the exact page your book is found illegally" is my copyrighted book which I have not given permission to be distributed from anywhere other than Amazon or B&N. (or wherever your book is for sale)

Then I copy and paste the copyright page from my book, and include a link to where it can legally be found for sale online.

Then you're supposed to say:

I have good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

I've had places refuse to take it down unless I did this exactly.
