Sunita Chabra (sunitachabra) | 1 comments I am Sunita Chabra, an astrologer, palmist and author of Palmistry-The Mystery of Destiny. You can buy my book from amazon the link is on my blog www.sunitachabra.blogspot.in
Book Summary of PALMISTRY - The Mystery Of Destiny
Palmistry is the cryptic code of life. A soul takes birth with his/her manual of destiny written on the hand. What an intriguing thought! Though we do not remember our past births, probably due to karmic amnesia, our brains store this information, in addition to the blueprint of our present lives. According to proven scientific theory, nerves carry messages from the brain to the hands. Palmistry believes that the nerves also carry the cryptic code of our destiny from the brain to the hands. Palmistry can trace its roots back to ancient India. The first section of this volume tells us how to interpret lines and signs on the palm using Hindu palmistry. Some of the ancient signs that are included here, appear for the first time in any book published on the subject. The second section is devoted to outlining the destiny paths of the rich and famous: Barrack obama, Vladmir Putin, Albert Einstein, Sonia Gandhi, Michael Jackson, Prince Charles, Nicole Kidman, Benazir Bhutto and Hillary Clinton. This book includes spiritual messages to help us understand the larger picture and move towards peace and happiness in the journey of life.

I find this site most exciting for sharing what I like to read and making friends in that way. If you end up falling in love with Goodreads, the rest will follow. As far as utilizing it as an author, just make sure when you post to do it in the appropriate folders and don't spam anyone. They really do not like that :) If you are looking for reviews, join the read for review groups and you will find them very accommodating. If you have more questions or want more info in depth, I would be happy to help.

Hi Anthony- congrats and good luck on the book! I too just published in may-- as far as advice--I ran a giveaway before paperback came out and then another after- both helped to spread word and find readers-- take care.

Mary Banos | 12 comments Hello Everyone. My name is Mary, and I published my very first book in March of this year. My book is about the power of encouragement, and has been awesome to see how it has already helped people from age 15 to people in their 50's. I have schools reading it, and high school teachers approaching me to speak to their students. After so many years of encouraging people one on one, it been so surreal to see my book reach and encourage people I may of not otherwise talked with. I am thankful for this opportunity to reach a personal dream of reaching and encouraging more people, and appreciate all of those who have surrounded me with encouragement and support.

Marcy Falango (goodreadscommarcyfalango) | 2 comments Hello everyone,
I am Marcy Falango. New author? Yes and fairly new to Goodreads. I like what I see and read here and feel that this will be home for me for quite some time. I have always longed of being a writer. Putting my thoughts and feelings on paper have always come easier for me than verbal. As a graduate from the Institute of Children's Literature, I feel that now is the time to put my passion to work for me. As a mother of four children (all grown now), I have always felt that good morals should be a strong part of their upbringing and that is a large part of what my children's book is based on. Once I learn how to navigate this site I look forward to making many friends and hopefully enjoy a long relationship with all. Take care everyone.

Andrew Gallagher (sir_readalot) | 30 comments Hi I didn't see this group until today so better late than never. A relatively new author still trying to bridge the gap from publishing to selling. It is Sat on Amazon but getting people to find it or buy it is unbelievably hard. Fortunately I live off my looks as a model! Ok that maybe a lie but writers invented poetic license. Enjoying the groups and the information please keep up the good work.
Rgds,
