Hunt for your food, or at least try.

Dequincy stalked after the deer. He wasn't hungry but he had to lose some steam. And chasing a deer for an hour was exhausting.

Finally the deer stop at a creek, for a drink. He pulled back his bow and arrow and took aim. But before he shoot he noticed the deer was female and pregnant. He sighed and dropped his arm.

He could hear his father."Its a game of survival. Live or die, boy."
But he heard his mother's voice."Love makes you stronger."

He smiled at the thought,and started out of the forest.

Melly ran deep into the forest and fell to her knees and cried into her hands.

Grant followed her holding Abby, he found her and sighed "Melly"

Melly looked up at him, both a but angry and very hurt, "what..?"

Grant sighed "I do trust you, okay?" He looked at her "and I love you"

She started crying again, she wanted her dad.. He could help her, right? He knew what love felt like.. He could help her figure this hole Grant-Mack thing out.

Grant knelt down next to her and pulled her into a half hug with one hand because he was holding Abby

Melly cried into his chest, "I don't want you guys to fight," she sobbed, "it makes it so much harder.."

Grant sighed and didn't say anything, he looked at Abby then kissed Melly's head "I came after you"

Melly sniffled, she knew he was right about that, but still.. "I-I know.." She cried into his chest.

Grant held her close and kissed her head "I love you" he rubbed her back

((Lol I wanna try and get her to live alone and some how have Abby and Dawn with her. But I know that can't happen))

Melly sniffled, "I love you too.." She lived them both.. Her heart ached and she looked at her sleeping baby, "c-can I hold her? It helps me feel better.." She wanted to be able to hold both Abby and Dawn, but Dawn hated her..

Grant nodded and handed Abby to her, he liked seeing Abby and Melly together, it made him happy

Melly held her baby close and started crying again, "did you see how Dawny looked at me?" She asked, her chest aching.

Grant nodded "she is a good kid, but she is hurt" he sighed "I told her that you loved her and that her dad loved her

Melly nodded, "I do love her.. So much.." She looked at Abby and sniffled.

Grant nodded "I think we should go back, to the facility, you know check on Conner and get some sleep"

Melly sniffled, "I should at least say goodbye then.."

Grant sighed "okay, I guess" he nodded

Melly hugged him, her chest aching, "thank you. And I'm sorry your going three all this.." She didn't deserve him, or Mack; they both deserved girls way better then her.

Grant shook his head "I'm sort you are, it's not fair to you"

She sniffled, "I don't want to go back.. What if more guys come?" She asked, trembling slightly.

Grant hugged her "remember, I won't let it happen" he kissed her "but you need sleep and I need to check on Conner"

She nodded, "do you think she's okay?" She asked softly, worried about her friend.

Grant sighed "she probably got her shots and is shaken up so I have to make sure she is okay" he nodded

Melly nodded, "maybe we should have just stayed at the facility.." She whispered, "at least then Dawn might not hate me as much.."

Grant nodded "if that's what you want, but we should get going"

She sniffled and nodded. She stood up and cradled Abby, wishing her baby had a better mother, "alright... Lets go.." She whispered as she headed back to the park.

Grant nodded and took her hand "alright" he smiled

Olli panted. Her mother had sat her down when they were a safe distance away. She was still holding onto Annabelle for dear life.

Annabelle woken up during the escape and looked up at Olli, dried blood under her nose.
Adele searched through their packs for a first aid kit.

Olli looked down at her daughter and tried to hide her pain, "are you okay Annabelle?"

Annabelle sniffed and touched Olli's cheek making her feel her fear.

Olli cringed at her baby girl's fear. She rubbed Annabelle's back gently, "it's okay, your going to meet your daddy, the bad people are gone."

Annabelle whimpered and showed Olli the woman shooting her, showing her fear for Olli.

Olli bit her lip, "mommy will be fine.." She forced a smile. Her arm hurt so much and she was scared to look at it.

Adele sighed in relief when she found the kit and went to work on Olli's bloody mess of an arm. "Do you want to stay awake for this?" she asked gently not wanting to hurt her.

Olli bit her lip, "not really.. But who's going to watch her?.."

"I will." Adele said gently,

Olli nodded and moved Annabelle off her lap, "okay."

Adele took Annabelle gently. She pulled of a needle, "It'll sting a bit, but it'll numb the pain." she said, knowing Olli didn't like needles

Olli nodded and flinched at the needle, but soon got drowsy and fell asleep against the tree.

Adele got to work cleaning and wrapping Olli's arm and hoped Annabelle wouldn't start cry because it was the last thing they needed right now.
