Harry Potter...

The letter came! You're at hogwarts!

What house do you think (honestly) you would be sorted into? Is it the same as the one you wanted?

I know the sorting hat takes it into account but you know what I mean ;]

Hogan (shebreathesinink) | 19 comments I've always loved Gryffindor (of course!) but I'm 99% sure I'd be Ravenclaw. It just fits my personality--though I'm not *too* snooty. ;)

On Pottermore, the Sorting Hat put me in Ravenclaw as well, so that sort of confirmed it for me.

What abour you? :)

I always ALWAYS get sorted into Gryffindor on quizzes and sites. But deep down I kinda want to be alittle evil and be in Slytherin ;] But I know Gryffindor matches my personality perfectly :(

message 4: by Karen (new)

Karen (okiewashere) | 57 comments I would have like Gryffindor as well, however, I ended up in Hufflepuff. ;)

Nerd! :p

See I should have been in Slytherin!

Please take me ;__;

message 6: by Karen (new)

Karen (okiewashere) | 57 comments How did you guess? ;)

I would have sorted you Gryffindor - the stuff that true heroes are made of.

*grumbles* But I never get a chance to be a bad guy! ;_;

message 8: by Karen (new)

Karen (okiewashere) | 57 comments *grins* You may always be a bad guy in your books.

BTW: I really liked Paws at the school gate.

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
All good guys have alittle bit of bad ;] But in a way that probably no one expects...

I'm glad! :D Hope you'll like my book too :3

message 10: by Karen (new)

Karen (okiewashere) | 57 comments I am looking forward to your book!!!

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
I would still like to be alittle evil.

Stupid pure inspiring heart being so boring.

message 14: by Claire (new)

Claire (cycraw) | 278 comments I see where you're coming from. Just my choice ;-)

I know :p I just wish I was born alittle more interesting sometimes :P

Claire (cycraw) | 278 comments Heh, you're plenty interesting.

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
Being popular on the internet means nothing irl :P

message 18: by J. David (new)

J. David Clarke (clarketacular) | 418 comments I've always identified as Hufflepuff because of its accepting nature. Anyone is accepted in Hufflepuff, which I think is a nice message. No elitism, no exclusivity.

message 19: by Rhea and Rory (new)

Rhea and Rory James (rheaandroryjames) | 8 comments Gryffindor all the way! Hermione and I would have been in competition, I'm afraid lol

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
Always sympahtised with Hermione. I think if I suddenly discovered that magic exists Id sit and study it non stop lol

message 21: by Giulia (new)

Giulia Hmm, I have to find this test you guys took.

message 22: by Ann (new)

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
This was back in the day though! I don't know if the site is still about :X

message 23: by Giulia (new)

Giulia Oh, that sucks!! Well, I used to get sorted into either Gryfnffdor or Hufflepuff on the Facebook quizzes. I hated not knowing for sure.

Kamil | 187 comments Bisky wrote: "*grumbles* But I never get a chance to be a bad guy! ;_;"

erm, just because you are slytherinin' doesn't mean you're a bad guy erm... Severus snape does ring a bell?

message 25: by Ann (new)

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
What is your definition of bad? He was still a coward.

message 26: by Ann (new)

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
Well not in the end but you know he wasn't exactly an outstanding citizen

message 27: by Giulia (new)

Giulia Was he? After the Deathly Hallows, I thought a lot better of Snape. I don't think he was a coward, what he did was very brave if motivated by purely selfish ends. And, after all, Dumbledore commented that perhaps they Sorted too soon, suggesting Snape had the makings of a Gryffindor.

message 28: by Kamil (new)

Kamil | 187 comments His only fault was being fine with the friend-zone

message 29: by Giulia (new)

Giulia Friend zone?

message 30: by Ann (new)

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
Kamil lmao If he was less of a victim he could have been a hero.

I loved his complex character

message 31: by Kamil (new)

Kamil | 187 comments After all, Snape was a caring teacher, of course he favoured slytherins, but each teacher did that. He told menaced Quirrel, smacked the stupid out of Lockheart, warned dumbledore when harry went into the ministry of magic. And killed dumbledore to save him from the pain, and draco from becoming a killer. And all while seeing Potter's eyes. if that's not a hero..

message 32: by Ann (new)

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
All could have been avoided if he had the balls to bitchslap the shit out of James.

Lily would have totally gone for that.

message 33: by Giulia (new)

Giulia By seeing Potter's eyes? Not sure what you mean. Do you mean they reminded him of Lily's eyes? Because that was added into the movie. Not part of the book.

message 34: by Char (new)

Char (jfeistner) | 12 comments I always get sorted into Gryffindor and I think I would fit well into the house. I am competitive and go for it all. I am guided by my heart and what I feel is right. I do think it would be fun to be in Slytherin for a bit. They do have their own kind of magic I think. :)

message 35: by J. David (new)

J. David Clarke (clarketacular) | 418 comments I've always identified with Hufflepuff, simply because they have the inclusive attitude that anyone can be a member. I like that.

message 36: by [deleted user] (new)

I'd be sorted into the one that was left when everyone else had got a house being not really a big joiner I would have stayed in the shadows until forced into something.

message 37: by Harmony (new)

Harmony Kent (harmonyk) I'm a bit of a Neville really ... if it can go wrong it will go wrong ;P ... but I've got courage, and (somewhere) brains (not sure just where though). I like the inclusive attitude of Hufflepuff, but if I'm forced to choose then it's gotta be .... Gryffindor!

message 38: by Ann (new)

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
I still kinda want to be slytherin, I like their scarves the best :|

message 39: by Harmony (new)

Harmony Kent (harmonyk) @ Bisky - yep, and the deviousness - that's kinda fun too :3

Even if they end up being put in prison for stealing microwaves during riots...

message 41: by Harmony (new)

Harmony Kent (harmonyk) @ Bisky ... lol :D

message 42: by Claire (new)

Claire (cycraw) | 278 comments I agree about the Slytherin colours Bisky. But other than that...

message 43: by Molly (new)

Molly Mortensen (mollymortensen) | 25 comments The online quizzes always put me into Slytherin, but I think I'm more of a Ravenclaw.

message 44: by Ann (new)

Ann Thorrson (ann_thorrson) | 2536 comments Mod
I know I'm not suited to Slytherin really, I mean I can't even step on snails without feeling guilty about it for months.

message 45: by Vanessa Eden (new)

Vanessa Eden Patton (vanessaeden) | 49 comments I took a quiz and was sorted into Gryffendor.

message 46: by Elaine (new)

Elaine White I'm also on Pottermore and I was sorted into Hufflepuff. Although, I rather think I'd prefer to be a Slytherin or a Ravenclaw.

message 47: by Claire (new)

Claire (cycraw) | 278 comments I joined Pottermore and was sorted into Ravenclaw, which surprised me. In every other quiz I ever took I was Gryffindor.

message 48: by Marat (new)

Marat Daan (maratmsaevdaan) | 15 comments I think the Sorting hat would explode on my head! LOOOL! xD I dunno, I am somewhere half-way between Gryffindor and Slytherin I guess.

message 49: by Jessica (new)

Jessica West (jessica_west) I took a random Harry Potter House Quiz and was sorted into Slytherin. Apparently I am clever, cunning and determined. Thanks for posing this question, Bisky. Great fun!

message 50: by Dionne (new)

Dionne | 68 comments I too love Gryffindor but would probably be put in Hufflepuff.
