A World Without Sun discussion

Where people come to adopt a child if they can't have any.

Hank walked around the building since Cindy was in class. He ended up at the front desk; he wished he was old enough to adopt Cindy to save her from a terrible future.

Olli pulled the envelope out of her pocket when they pulled into the Day Care's parking lot, "are you ready?" She asked softly.

Tyler took the letter from her, "Yea. How will I know who he is?"

Olli bit her lip, "you could go to the front desk and ask to call him down?" She offered then looked at the clock that was built into the radio, "the kids should be in classes.. So he could be anywhere."

Tyler nodded and kissed her cheek, "Stay in the car and don't let anyone see your face. I'll be back soon." Then walked out the car and headed for the building. Tyler walked up to the woman at the front desk, "Hello, I'm looking for a Hank Malu."

Olli slouched in the car and covered her face.

The desk woman looked Tyler over and pointed to Hank, "right over there..."
Hank was sitting on a grew couch, reading a book, waiting for class to end.

Tyler nodded a thanks to the woman then walked over to the man. "Are you Hank?"

Hank looked up to find a dark haired guy, "yes..." He looked him over, "why..?"

"I have a message," Tyler said lowering his voice, "from Olli."

Hank's eyes widened and he gestured Tyler to sit down, "what is it?"

Tyler sat down and slipped the envelope to Hank, "She wants to have Cindy escape too," he whispered.

Hank looked at the envelope, "I might be able to get her out for a day... But escape completely?"

Tyler nodded, "Completely. Olli is worried about you and Cindy's safety."

Hank raised his eyebrow, "she's worried about our safety? I was chosen to take care of her by Olli.. I'm the safest thing Cindy has.."

Tyler sighed, "Olli hasn't been feeling well." he said not wanting to elaborate, even to someone Olli trusted. "She been having nightmares and in one she sees you die when Cindy tries to escape."

Hank's jaw clenched, he wanted to hear it from Olli herself, but knew she couldn't come in here, "I'll do my best.." He told Tyler with a shark nod. He looked down at the envelop, "should I open it now?"

Tyler looked around and saw that it was nearly empty, but didn't know who was paying attention to them. "To safe, no. But if you really don't trust me go ahead."

Hank sighed and opened the envalop. He pulled out two letters; one addressed to Cindy and one to himself. He skimmed Cindy's first so he could help her read it latter then looked at Tyler, "husband to be?" He asked.

Tyler nodded and looked out the window and wondered if Olli was okay in the car.

Hank nodded then read his letter, his eyes widened when he read how sick Olli really was. He looked at Tyler, "tell her I'll do my best."

"Please, it would mean a lot to her." Tyler said standing up, "If you need more help escaping, call me."

Hank nodded, "you should probably go.." He told Tyler, knowing the guards probably already found him suspicious.

Tyler nodded and gave Hank his number and quickly left. He walked up to the door and tapped on the glass, scaring Olli.

Ollie screamed and jumped slightly. She saw it was Tyler and unlocked the car. She waited until he got in before asking, "how'd it go?"

Tyler started the car and pulled out, "He said he'll do his best."

Olli nodded and hoped he would do better then his best; Cindy was her little girl.. And she grew up with Hank.. She didn't want to see rather of them get hurt.
Olli watched trees and buildings fly past the window, "where to now?"

Tyler wanting to cheer Olli up said, "Ring shopping?"

Olli gasped and looked at him with a big smile, "really!?"
Bean giggled from the back seat.

Tyler nodded, "Yea, unless you want to go later."

Olli shook her head, "lets do it now!" She said excitedly. She looked back at Bean and smiled at his happy little face.

Tyler smiled at her and drove to the jewelry store.

August ran in and up to the front desk "I need to adopt Cyrus Green"

The woman at the front dest was twirling her pencil boredly, "he's to young to be adopted yet," she stated.

"you don't understand, he is my son, the doctor from the hospital sent him here for no good reason" he looked at her and sighed

"Sorry, rules are rules," she stated again, not even looking at August.

"can I like" he thought for a minute "reserve him?" He looked really nervous

The woman sighed, "I suppose..." She handed him some papers.

He grabbed the papers then filled them all out as he stood there

The woman waited and continued twirling her pen.

August finished and handed them back "can I see him
?"

She rolled her eyes, "will you go away after?"

"I might" he shrugged and looked at her, he Judd wanted to see his son

She sighed, "find."
A guard came in, "fallow me."

August followed him and looked around as he walked, he wondered if he could hold him this time

The guard led August to the baby room and led him to his son.

August smiled at Cyrus "hey buddy, Daddy is here"

The guard leaned against the wall, clearly bored.

August looked at the guard "can i hold him?"

The guard shrugged, "I don't see why not."
