Go Set a Watchman discussion

today's the day when Harper Lee's new book is hitting the bookshelves,being downloaded for your e readers if you pre ordered this book, and being gulped down by many.

Readers around the world have been entranced by Lee's only book to date, To Kill a Mockingbird for 55 years. But the finding of this sequel to TKAM. Has been fraught with problems. First, where was the manuscript all these years. Was Harper Lee have her wits to decide what should done with the book and when. And how would the public react to this book. This past week and weekend there were all sorts of revelations, one which has either angered people or made them sad. When the lunch pin character is revealed to be very different.

Ok my book is downloaded but first I'm going to reread TKAM to see my opinion of this book some 50 years ago. Then I will read the new one. Anybody want to join me . Maybe to begin in September?
