Where in the World are you?

lol i was only thinking the other day, i wonder how many people are in australia, or who are even local to me. then when you posted up your intro. i thought others might feel the same as i do. i can't wait to find out where people are.
I live in Central Massachusetts, USA. On the Connecticut/Massachusetts border. So I am WAY far from all of you :)
Norma YOu might be far from me and a couple of others but i know for a fact we have heaps of US members.

Good.. Because I was feeling secluded up here in the NE. I have to have someone who knows how bad the snow is around here... Nothing worse than a storm in the NE

ooh the czech Republic thats a new one I think! Welcome to the group. wow we are from everywhere aren't we? so awesome to see. maybe those in the same country or those that are relatively close to each other could meet up or something. Whilst its scary meeting new people it can turn out great too.

no probs tarynn, i understand as i have a bad memory as well.
it's great to know where you are anyway.

@Missyb- I'm closer to NYC than you. Before the traffic was the way it is. It took 3 1/2 hours, now from that to double that depending. I live 11 miles north west of the Washington DC beltway in Maryland.
@Norma - I used to drive by you on my way to Vermont to visit my parents in the summer. Now I avoid the 95 corridor altogether. Got stuck in traffic 4 hours in MA will never go that way again. Not just MA but Jersey, oh my, another traffic jam there. I drive the PA route now directly to NY, 50 extra miles saves me hours. It is a 10 hour drive, so not close.

I live closer to 90/84/395. I avoid 95 like the plague unless I have to go near there. I am halfway between 91 and 95, but near 84.
Soon I will be going to Washington D.C. with my daughter and her confirmation class, so that will be fun and I will right near you! :)

you ladies should organise a meet up!
and i assume with all those numbers you are talking about highways? ours have numbers too but we refer to them by name . if someone referred to them by number people would look at you strangely(as if they don't already!)
we have the western ring road, the western highway, monash freeway, princes highway, princess freeway, tullamarine higway and the calder freeway... and that's just this state!

well i would just like to know roughly where you all come from. i'm curious if we really are spread out worldwide or just one section. and if there are multiples of a country.(i'll be keeping a tally of that one)
no addresses just your closest capital city and State/province/region oh and country.
I live in Melbourne Victoria, Australia.
