I'm not American, but I did enjoy The Man in the High Castle quite a lot.
We discussed this book in one of our group reads back in July of 2012 - the thread is here, and might give you some idea about people's various reactions to the book: Man in the High Castle
Recently I've finished Dick's The Man in the High Castle. Many peoples told me it was Dick's best book but after finishing it a was disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I still think it's a great book but i was expecting much more. I think it may be the problem of translation or the fact that i'm european. So I would like some americans to share their thoughts about this book.
