Just completed One Hundred Years of Solitude which was a somewhat difficult book to read so I am going to start on some lighter fare next - Matilda

I found "One Hundred" to be a bit chaotic. I had seen the movie "Matilda" before I read the book, so I kept seeing Mara Wilson and Danny DeVito while I was reading it. I just finished "A Suitable Boy".... whew!

Well done Janet! I started this challenge back in 2010 but have been taking breaks during study etc. I am going to start again once my dissertation year is over although I managed 76 already.

So glad you're still here, too! I'm almost done with The Thorn Birds... came on to look for my next book in the list!

Reading Man and Boy and that will put me 2/3's of the way through the list.

I did read Dune many years ago but for this list I am reading or rereading everything since I joined Goodreads in 2012. I don't go to many movies and don't have any premium movie services so I probably won't see the movie.
