Recently I published my first science fiction novel 'Stryker - Fatal Destination'.
So far, from those who have read it, I have had an overwhelmingly positive response. Yet I am having trouble reaching a greater audience.
So, I have come here in an attempt to get people to give me a go.
This book is the first in a series of three, and is deliberately written in a sort of 'wet your whistle' fashion, in the sense that it is not too in depth, I merely wanted to get readers interested and enjoying the characters enough to pick up the second book, at which point, I really begin to expand the universe in which it is set. Having said that, there is plenty of action, and lots going on in this book. (I personally struggle when sci fi books immediately throw me into an overly complicated universe from the outset, so that is why I chose to write it like this)
It is along the military-sci fi lines, with a little bit of cartoon super-heroism thrown in. (to give you an idea, think Halo meets the avengers and has a child)
As I said, so far, people have really enjoyed it, I would love it if you gave me a chance. It is available at any online retailer, in both hard copy and e-book

My profits from this book go to a charity called the smith family, so this isnt a cash grab. I just really enjoy writing, and have built what I think is a solid story with enjoyable characters and need to find more keen readers out there to give it a go.
It is really hard to get noticed, in a world where thousands of books are published a year. So I would be eternally grateful if you gave me a shot. If you want to talk to me about the book, I would be happy to on here.
If you like it, let me know on here, and if you leave a review online, that's even better! :)
If the book becomes successful, I am not the kind of guy who would forget those who helped him get there.
thank you so much for your time, and if you do choose to give it a go, I really hope you enjoy it.
