Createspace will allocate you an IBSN and it's displayed on the barcode they add to your cover, so leave a space bottom right or check your cover artist is aware the space should be there. (A pro will be.)
It's been a while since I published a paperback with Createspace, but I'm pretty sure if you already had an ISBN you could substitute it.
The best way to check is to sign in and ask them. I found them very helpful.
Incidentally for those who haven't already bought them, ISBNs and barcodes are provided FREE by Createspace and libraries do accept them.
