The sequel to Songbird called A Tangle of Echoes will be due online in the next month or two. This story is set at the end of the 1920’s during the time between the World Wars. I firmly believe that you don’t need to read Songbird to enjoy A Tangle of Echoes. In Songbird, I told the story of Isabelle Asquith, but in A Tangle of Echoes, it is Venice’s story (Isabelle’s granddaughter) that takes centre stage. I’m not usually keen on sequels as I like my novels to stand on their own as a complete story. However, Venice’s story just popped into my head. If you’ve already read Songbird then I hope you’ll enjoy A Tangle of Echoes and if you haven’t then perhaps you’ll feel intrigued enough to give it a go and discover how it all started. Happy reading everyone
