Jenifer (jensamaha) | 355 comments Please tell me that I am not the only one who checks the new season's task list a few times a day starting at the week before the old season challenge ends and the first week of the new season?

I feel like such a dork but can't stop. lol

message 19: by Fandury (new)

Fandury | 957 comments Because of the time difference between Germany and US, it is the first thing I do every morning, as there is a great chance a new task was posted in the night.

And then I check again a few times during the day, even so I know that most of you and the mods are still sleeping and there can't be anything new...pathetic I know ;-)

Yay, Janet! With the last task posted, maybe we can all be a little less obsessive (at least for a couple of months!)

Yay! Thanks!

We are starting the process of putting our house on the market, and I wanted to select my book so that I can pack up al the others that will not be used in this challenge. I think this will be my last challenge until the move is complete.

Dee (austhokie) | 8954 comments Kaye - 5, 10, 15 tasks will be up Saturday; 25, 30 point tasks between then and then of month (as ppl finish challenge, get tasks approved etc); 20 pointers starting after end of this challenge through first week and a bit

All the dates are listed in the calendar we post for each season. https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/....

Now and then, we wind up posting tasks a little early, because of having personal lives, but we generally post in a timely way. The posts for 20, 25, and 30 tasks can be more variable, since we have to wait for the task creators to get tasks to us and for the wrinkles to get ironed out as much as possible.

message 49: by Delmy (new)

Delmy (needfulreads) I can't help but check, I feel like the earlier I come up with a list of books to read, the better I can get organized.
:)
Can't wait!

message 50: by [deleted user] (new)

Thanks Sandy ,
I just took a look at the schedule . You guys sure are on the ball to keep things organized so well :) It must be a big job !
