I have a couple big ones, but I need to focus on getting potions (so higher quantity lower page count). I'm wondering if it would be worth it to work on big ones now.

For the time equivalent of reading 1000 pages you could read 5 200-page books equal to 5 minor heal potions if they fulfil any of the scrounging list items.

Save your big books for quests, future classifieds or building your sword up to level 10.


The other alternative is to keep reading for gold and buy what you need in the store.

You knowwww, reading is supposed to be fun. If those books are crying to be read just do it. This game is supposed to be fun. -- not torture you.

Or... you know... you could hint that certain book categories are being neglected and force me to write a note about it for november :)

Not neglected on purpose.... Just wishing they were more useful in defeating these monsters (other than leveling up of course)

The problem is I'd probably have to re-read books 1 & 2 of the Century trilogy first.

My father in law is reading that series. Was his first book for the kindle. He was so happy not to lug the huge book around.

Yeah I'd like to read a Ken Follet book too... The books have been too big to attempt as of yet.
