Reaping day was a blur for Blaze the day's events hardly even registering within him but there was one thing that he would never forget the moment when he volunteered. The escort had just finished with the girls and called out a name that he didn't recognize. Then she/he moved on to the boys she/he called out a friend from school. It made him feel less guilty when he volunteered himself as a tribute. He stepped onto the stage and smiled, he was here and he was going to win no matter the cost.
