Gio (mediamartyr17) | 386 comments Tommy and a U.S. Government Official waited on the in door balcony of a large warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. The Official, in his black suit, looked overdressed next to Tommy's choice of swim shorts and tank top with boat shoes. (view spoiler). The Government official looked nervous to be standing next to Tommy. It made sense. This guy was just an unlucky member of the political machine. And Tommy was the infamous classy assassin that enjoyed torturing and killing his victims with historic weapons whenever he could.

1. Is There Rules? 2. If So What Are They?[Nothing that isn't standard rules for RP]
3. Is Romance Allowed Or Is That A No No?[Romance is one of the Genres. For Saftey, Sex scenes should probably go to PM or I can make a writing for us to rp the sexual scenes via comments
4. What Do You Expect From Me Personally?[Be as active a of a roleplayer as you can. And make sure your posts follow continuity with concise details.
5. What Is Your Vision For This Role Play?[I have the idea, but the idea is expanding as we rp it. Subplots are more than welcome if they make sense with what's going on.
6. Are We Starting Now Or Still Waiting For A Fourth Member?[We start now.

((I'm going to move these questions to the first topic when I add the RP idea. to it. And use the double parentheses or a spoiler since Rp has begin since Message 5))

➹Devon Olga Camilla➹

The sun was out. That was a surprise for a Chicago day. However true to it's nature the wind whipped like ice through a person. Hence, it was cold as shit. Devon was walking though as usual. She was rather fit and if she could she walked. She had received a text message earlier that morning with this address in it. It was a warehouse but of course, in her line of work, a warehouse was never a warehouse. She went inside and her suspicions were only confirmed when she saw a old familiar face. Hers did not change, it remained blank and cold. She merely walked inside and came to stand beside Tommy and a guy in a suit. Obviously a government official by the looks of him. She wore black lace underwear along with a pair of dark blue jeans. A grey tee shirt along with a black jacket hoodie, though this couldn't be seen as her jacket was closed and her hood over her head, hiding her face slightly. On her feet she wore snazzy black and white sneakers with pink socks. Her long light brown slightly blonde hair pulled into a bun on the back of her head secured by two seemingly normal but deadly in her hands hair pins. She watched the door, obviously there were still people on their way by the other two's silence.

Tommy watched as she walked straight up to them. He had hoped they would stay down there and he and the official would be up where he was and the others would be below. However, through research Tommy had made himself familiar enough with Devon's actions. It eliminated the dramatic effect of the informed and aware Official and himself above and the others below, receiving their 'mission'. Tommy knew more about the U.S. government's plans and protocols for the mission. All the other ones knew was that they were supposed to 'clean up the streets of Detroit'. It was much more complicated than that. The U.S. wanted to feed it in bites, but purposely made sure they knew that he knew. Tommy never wanted be trapped in another fatal accident that could have been prevented by learning more ever again. He learned the importance of knowing all of the knowns the hard way a few years ago.

((I'm going to post the requirements for Character Format: Round Two soon. As the Rp progresses the Format Rounds will continue in order to develop the character and keep track of the small things that can be used in RP. I'll let you know when I put it up, but it will be in the same post as Round One. When they are answered please add Round two after Round One in your Character's Profile. I'm calm, but I'm also trying to keep the continuity.))

sᴀʀᴀʜ | 1388 comments ((Right, right, right, I'm back from diving. Thank god I didn't die. ^^ Soooo… Anyways, I'd best get started. Thanks for waiting on me, though.))

Early That Morning
Allanna Denvy woke up to the sound of her phone buzzing. She let her hand grope around her bedside table to find it before she heard it thump to the ground. Cursing, she got out of bed and retrieved it.
The screen flashed with the words:
Wᴀʀᴇʜᴏᴜsᴇ 22. E 18ᴛʜ Dʀ. Nᴇᴀʀ Bᴜʀɴʜᴀᴍ ʜᴀʀʙᴏᴜʀ. 8:30.

Allie sighed in exasperation. No signature. Well, she knew what that meant. Either a friend she knew or an enemy. Most likely a friend, for their last 'case' had involved them getting rid of a potential enemy for the time being, and the shortness of the text, abbreviations and such were either from a rushed or lazy hand. Enemies were rarely that… She got dressed in her usual 'meeting' outfit and pulled out a slim, steel knife.
She threw one at the wall. "Bored. Bored, bored, bored." She muttered, and threw another one, this time hitting the middle of a lozenge-shaped, small flowery pattern that made up a tiny section of the hideous victorian-style wallpaper that lined the walls of her rent apartment.
Allie then decided to reply.

"Aʜ, ᴡᴀʀᴇʜᴏᴜsᴇs. ɴᴏᴛ ʀᴇᴀʟʟʏ ᴍʏ ᴛʜɪɴɢ. ɪ ᴍɪɢʜᴛ ᴍᴀᴋᴇ ᴀɴ ᴇғғᴏʀᴛ ᴛᴏ ɢᴇᴛ ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ.

AD"
She muttered it as she typed it in. "Send…" She said with an uplift in her tone at the end. That was pretty much her usual way of saying: 'I'll probably be there.'
Sitting back down, she resumed throwing the knives at the wall. With every strong throw, tiny chips of wood splintered off.

Later
"Yes- uh- no. No. Yes. No, of course not! Take my word, I'm in a rush at the moment… I'm terribly sorry. I'll pay for it when I return. Okay, good. Bye." Allie looked at the sleek black phone she held with a sigh before cutting the line. Right. Focusing time now… Allanna pocketed the device and pulled back her long, smooth, honey-coloured hair into a high ponytail, tying it all in place with a simple black band. She turned up the collar of her black vest, so none of the reddish fabric that lined the inside of the collar was visible, and turned a corner in the streets, stopping for the red don't-walk-unless-you-wish-to-die sign. In her black boots, she felt the cool sting of the metal hilt of one of her throwing daggers against her left calf. It bit through the dark fabric of her skin-tight jeans, but it was reassuring.
The streetlight flashed green and Allie resumed walking. She knew her way around Chicago like she knew the back of her hand. A clichéed expression, yes, but not untrue… The cold wind of a sunny day here clawed at her face with icy paws and made her hair curl up on itself, but Allanna ignored it.

Aha. There it was. The large, dusty warehouse that looked as if it could fall apart at any second. An ideal meeting place, yes. The only things that would hear them would be the swallows that made their nests up in the twenty-six beams that stabilised the warehouse at the top. Allanna straightened her black tank top and pulled on some short-cut, leather gloves before entering. They covered her hands completely- and she wore them always in front of Devon and Tommy- for her right hand was badly scarred from a fire incident two years ago which Allie avoided recalling at al costs.
Allie pushed the door open and strode in to stand on the other side of Devon. "Sorry I'm late," she said, assuming a relaxed position as she stood and let her azure eyes wander over the place. "Had to settle something with my landlady. She got irritated because I was practicing my knife-throwing on the victorian patterns of the wallpaper and shredded it nicely." A small smile curled up the corners of her full lips.

message 15: by Gio (new)

Gio (mediamartyr17) | 386 comments Tommy watched Allie walk up. He couldn't help to if he tried. He worked more closely with Allie than the others. They had a history of working as partners before Tommy 'assembled' the group as a whole. "Glad you could make it Julian. Glad to see you're still infuriating landladies. What is this the ninth apartment?

((How does me making another male charrie sound? He wouldn't be))

message 16: by sᴀʀᴀʜ (new)

sᴀʀᴀʜ | 1388 comments Allie shrugged and tugged slightly at the corners of her uplifted collar. "The eighth, actually. But this landlady-" She smiled. "God knows what would happen should she or I leave. Chicago would fall!" She said with a dramatic flair. "I told her I'd pay for it. So that's all settled-" She looked around at the officers. "So," she asked, "what is it exactly that we're doing in this- warehouse? Is that what you call it? Looks more like a twelfth-century slaughterhouse." She muttered the last part, then looked at Tommy. "So? Care to explain? You weren't very specific in your text."

➹Devon Olga Camilla➹

Devon had simply watched as Allanna came into the warehouse. She merely nodded her head in greeting. Otherwise she remained stoic. She observed from her peripheral vision how Tommy watched her. She smirked to herself at the sight. Knowing he had always had a thing for the other assassin. Devon stepped aside so that Allanna could stand beside Tommy instead. For a mere moment she felt sadness. Knowing none of the others talked to her like they did each other. But she understood she was the outsider there. After all, she was rather cold, sadistic and silent at best. She removed a single small hand from her jacket pocket to tug on her hoodie, making sure it covered her head and shadowed her face. She sighed softly, waiting now for their final member.

message 18: by sᴀʀᴀʜ (new)

sᴀʀᴀʜ | 1388 comments Allanna, on the other hand, only viewed Tommy as a very good friend, and that went for both Devon and Tommy. Allie knitted the fingers of her gloved hands together, and as she did so, she felt the bumps of her scars through the supple leather. She turned to look at Devon. "Hello, Dev." She flashed her other friend a sharp and rare grin- which was a good thing. Allie took no notice of the offer that Devon had just made. She simply removed her sunglasses from her head and stowed them away in one of the many inner pockets of her coat.

Allie could almost sense Devon's emotions- but they seemed vague, so Allanna chose to ignore it, for fear of saying something embarrassing to both her and her friend. Allie shut up, now, and waited too.

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

➹Devon Olga Camilla➹

Devon observed Allanna's choice to remain where she was and just blinked, her way of showing she was amused. She had always suspected that the other more blonde woman didn't return Tommy's feelings since time and time again she kept her distance but Devon chose to remain sceptic. Since the former was rather attractive and always went for what he wanted. As they waited Devon heard Allanna's greeting and turned, giving a curt brief jerk of her head, her way of saying 'Hi'. Then she merely raised her eyebrows as she watched the other woman placed her sunglasses away in her fortress of a coat, eliciting actual words from the normally silent Devon. "Geez Jules, what else you keep in there?" She asked amusedly. She always had a habit of calling Allanna Jules, her nickname for the blonde blue eyed bombshell. It was also a sign of trust from Devon, something that took years to form.

message 20: by Gio (new)

Gio (mediamartyr17) | 386 comments Time moved in an interesting way for Tommy. Though their actions were done in quick succession, he felt like Allie's comment and re-positioning of her sunglasses as well as Devon's change in body language and her comment to Allie.

Tommy turned his head to the Officer to the other side of him. "I think I'll let this guy explain it the way he will. If he leaves anything out I'll let you guys know."

The Officer spoke cautiously. He obviously looked like he was trying to conjure courage to give directions to these people who would kill him without much effort if they decided to. " Well..." He cleared his throat. "You all have been hired to clean up Detroit. The city is too full of murderers, rapists, mobsters, and thieves for Officers bound by law to handle the situation themselves so.."

Tommy grabbed the Officer's lips mid-sentence. "That'll be enough from you. It's bad enough you and your Government make us meet here, but now you're trying to blame the laws of the land for your inability to handle the area? I suggest you leave quickly or my former contract with Al-Qaeda won't be the only reason the CIA hates me." Tommy had a polite coldness in his eyes that struck fear into the weak of heart.

The Officer nodded and ran away when Tommy released his lips. Tommy turned his attention to the girls. He spoke in an informal manner that still held genuine respect for the both of them. "[Name of Cassie's Character] said that s/he's meet up with us after she finished the job she's on. The Caveat Emptor is off shore so we'll have to get there by way of the Blue Flame, the speedboat I docked a few miles away."

message 21: by sᴀʀᴀʜ (new)

sᴀʀᴀʜ | 1388 comments Allie had her gaze fixed on Tommy as he spoke, her senses alert as she listened to every word he said. As the Officer spoke, however, Allie's brow furrowed increasingly the longer he spoke. At the end of it, as Tommy grabbed the officer's lips, she scoffed out loud. "That is ridiculous," she said haughtily to the Officer. "Sergeant Leichtten, are you trying to give out a request that requires us to rid a town of all these wrongdoers?" She assumed a disbelieving look as her eyebrows shot up to her hairline. "Why is that again?" She let a dramatic pause interrupt her before she said in mockery, "Oh yes, I forgot. Because the law prevents you."

Sergeant Leichtten nodded. "Yes..."
Allie tugged again at her uplifted collar. "I bet you didn't go to the government and told them to lift that restriction, hmm?" She demanded. "So you leave it to us four. I mean, I know of the feats we're capable of, and that you all really need us, but, come on. A murder would have been better." She seethed.
Seeing his wide-eyed face as he took a step away from her, her moth thinned into an odd, humourless smile. Her azure eyes examined the officers and Sergeant one by one. "Look at you all, you all look so pathetic."

She sighed and looked at Tommy and then Devo, and listened to Tommy as he shot out the threat. Once the officers had left, she let out a chuckle. "Nicely played, Tommy," she said, then nodded. "I see. Well then. Speedboat it is." She looked at her gloved hands before crossing her arms over her chest. "Superb. A mission that begins with a warehouse and a speedboat. It had better remain interesting." She kidded, "or I shall most likely opt out." She flashed Devon a smile.

Devon knew just how easily Allie could get bored... Though Allie wasn't sure wether Devon still remembered that one incident where Allanna had purposefully crashed her bike in order to fracture her arm and give her something to think on. What ended up happening was the hospital, and in the hospital, more boredom.

message 22: by Gio (new)

Gio (mediamartyr17) | 386 comments Tommy headed for the boat via the docks. "It's so windy here. I don't know how you live here Rose." Tommy saw an object in the sky heading in their direction. The object split and one headed for them while the other headed for the boat. "Looks like the mission's already started. Run!" Tommy took off his flip flops and ran down the street barefooted. He was sure they would survive but he would need to come up with a new strategy, assuming that thhe Caveat Emptor was also a target, despite being on stealth mode. He hoped not because the yacht was expensive and all of the equipment was on the yacht.

Devon watched the whole scene with a blank and emotionless face. She always felt not much when people looked at her like that, with utter terror. She remembered a time though when it had bothered her. But then something happened and she got over it. She watched as Jules toyed with the officers, thinking back to that time she had crashed her bike on purpose... She never did get the girl's logic but then again Devon got very few things from people with unusual characters. She normally just went along with it and stayed alive. She gave a small nod at Jules's smile a moment later, her reply so to speak to it. Then they were moving. She walked along and stayed silent, she was an observer at most. She had learned long ago emotions weren't for her. Then panic broke out at the approaching missiles. Devon knew the others could take care of themselves but she... She was a different story ever since she had gotten over the look of fear... As she ran away as quickly as she could her left leg limped. One of two indications about the knife having pierced her flesh and then having been dragged along, as if she were a piece of meat being skewered. She wondered if this would be it and was kinda pissed if that were to be the case.

message 24: by Gio (new)

Gio (mediamartyr17) | 386 comments Tommy's mind had forgotten about Devon's former injuries. She wouldn't make it out of the blast zone without help. He doubled back to her, out her on his back and did the equivalent of a sprint to get out of the blast area. He head the sound of The very unique Renaissance cannon that he had added to the security measures. The sound was followed by the sound of the cannonball making contact with the missile. He look up and to the side and saw the mid air explosion. The Caveat Emptor wasn't destroyed, but the yacht's system will probably reroute the power away from the stealth system to the defense system. Now everyone would know where his yacht was. He heard an explosion a few seconds later. He assumed that was their speedboat.

Tommy stopped running, panting from the extraneous exercise. He realized that weren't being targeted at all. He put Devon down and put his flip flops back on. They were now in downtown Chicago. "Allie. Where can we get nice food after changing clothes, preferably with paths that aren't easy to keep up with by an observer. The missile may not have been for us, but they had to have been paying attention to our movements." He said like it was already known information that he felt the need to say.

Devon was mad. But she never showed it. She didn't like it when she was weak and dragged the team down because once upon a time she had been sweet and kind and nice. God she hated that word now. She despised it. She wanted to shoot it's brains out. But alas it was only a word and it was all in the past now, forgotten. Along with what she had been like. She was surprised that Tommy came back for her. After all to each his own. But she was glad, along with wanting to punch his lights out. She made a small noise when he hoisted her and felt embarrassed she needed the help. Stupid leg. But there was no way it could improve. Several nerves and muscles had been damaged. Physical therapy had helped her as far as it could. Once they were safe and she was on the ground again she said softly, the way she spoke now since she was unused to speaking at all, "Tha...nk yo...u.." She turned away, hiding her blush as no one touched her. Or at least for great periods of time at least. And when someone did it was brief or by accident. Since Devon had a habit of pulling away but it was only because she was unused to physical touch of late. The cycle repeating and worsening.

sᴀʀᴀʜ | 1388 comments "I just live here because I like the wind," Allie shouted as they started running, "unlike some." She looked at Tommy pointedly, but knowing her as both her friends did, she was just messing around. A moment later, she heard the unmistakeable 'boom' of an explosion and winced slightly at the thought of their speedboat going up in flames. Great. Now the ocean had another wreck to look after. Julian kept pace with Devon, and as they stopped, she pulled them around a corner in the narrower quartier of Chicago. "There's a Starbucks just don the road. We can get something there once we've gotten changed." She nodded as her cerulean eyes flickered back up to the sky. "I would be wary if I were you," she said, and with a glimmer of- what was it? Enjoyment, she continued with; "There's a bad wind coming our way." Allanna said. Her eyes slitted like a cat's. "They were after us, that's for sure. From what I could tell, we were making it pretty obvious that the speedboat as ours and that we'd most likely need it." She sighed. "We've got enemies on our tail," she said, before she realised she had, in fact, said none of that out loud. "And not very friendly ones." Allie suddenly looked at herself with a frown of confusion before tightening her ponytail with a sharp tug.

Julian cleared her throat. "Right, let's go." She said.

Devon was utterly relieved. She had truly never liked that speedboat. It was much too fast and Tommy drove like a madman. She kept her face as impassive as ever though and nodded, starting to walk behind Jules and Tommy. She always liked to walk behind everyone else for some reason. Soon her bright blush faded and she was as unreadable as ever. She smiled small though and to herself knowing that when Jules slitted her eyes she was thinking to herself but also she was thinking she was saying whatever she thought aloud but then realising she wasn't. Devon had noticed it was an odd habit that Jules had. She sometimes wondered if Jules wasn't even more sadistic the she. But deep down Devon wasn't a killer. She as a nice, polite and well mannered young woman that just wanted to help but it was life and it's little plans that made her the way she was now. She was thinking however about retiring and just disappearing but she always thought she would be letting the team down somehow so she never set any of her many plans into motion. She tugged on her hoodie, making sure it covered her face as she stuck her hands inside her pockets and wondering if she would ever be somewhat the way she was and have a normal life again and also who had fired those missiles. Then she just thought about snapping their necks in half and smiled evilly. Yeah, she needed some 'normal' work done before retiring for sure.

Gio (mediamartyr17) | 386 comments Tommy hadn't initially chosen this life, but he had been raised to complete it all of his life. But now life was as good as it would get for him. He got to travel the world. He got to increase his wealth. He even was able to do what he was trained so well to do, survive.

He didn't know if he could call the girls he was surrounded with his friends, but he enjoyed their company. Something just couldn't be done by a man all by himself. He was good at brutally murdering, torturing, and blackmailing. However,he didn't have breasts.

He didn't completely trust them either, but he had every important detail of their lives on file in 16 places all over the world. He didn't remember them all, but he could access his data banks on his house yacht and on the mobile device he kept on him at all times.

Tommy was as close to the leader of the team as it would get because he made the team and the contracts he got paid handsomely. It wasn't a great thought that the people he surrounded himself with didn't actually care for him, but the anti-depressants took most of the sadness away.

Tommy adjusted his sunglasses as the walked. "So what have you two been up to since the last time we worked together?"

sᴀʀᴀʜ | 1388 comments Allie, as opposed to her two companions, had seemed like she was destined to a life of either fighting crimes or dealing in them... Though fictional inspirations of her younger years with a clear segregation between a good and admirable protagonist and an evil, villainous antagonist had endured that she was more adept at fighting crimes and bad guys than she was at commuting crimes. Clue one: Her father occupied a minor position in the British Government, and as soon as Allie was over with her schooling, she ditched his face, his wealth, house and swore for Chicago, the United States. Her dad had payed the flight, of course, and arranged the flight details. That was simply because Allie couldn't be bothered to book the flight herself. She'd never been the sort of girl to take bookings and matters involving tickets too seriously or to her responsibility. She wouldn't even go to the movie theatre, because films were dull and too predictable. Allie had been raised in a wealthy college in London, where she boarded and wore a tie and blazer, knee-length stockings in the summer, and a plaid black dress along with a crisp white shirt to classes. A nice school, large and spacious, housed in a gorgeous medieval castle whose walls dated back to the ninth century and whose facades both inside and out were decorated with fantastic gothic arches. Luckily for. Allie, the college was a place where intelligence was required. One had the permission to have blonde hair, but couldn't have a brain of similar countenance. Fair to say, Allie had the first but not the latter. She quoted Shakespeare a minimum of once every day and could walk into the great hall for breakfast and tell who'd been sleeping with who at a glance. Caused a bit of favoured drama for the school, which Allannah greatly enjoyed. She was flawless to her small group of friends back there, but even Tommy and Devon didn't know the messed up relations of her family and what seemed like such a distant past. But, that didn't mean they weren't her friends. In fact, since she'd come to the United Staes, they were the closest things to friends that she could have. Allie liked Devon as the sister she'd never have, and she considered Tommy as... Well. She couldn't really tell. All she could have really ensure was she liked the both of them a whole hell of a lot. Not to mention she did owe them quite a bit .

Clicking back to the present at the sound of Tommy's voice, she didn't 't answer right away but looked back and saw Devon. She always seemed so secluded... Allie felt sorry for her, and yet she didn't because she didn't know what to feel sorry for. She had to admit, though, she liked it when Devon used her alias for her. It made her feel... More... Real, in a sense, though Julian was a masculine name of origin. It was a rather unique alias, so speak. Allie turned a corner fund the street, leading them to Starbucks. "Ah, you know," the usual..." She said, looking straight ahead at the green-and-white strange, crowned mermaid-sign thing that was the Starbucks logo.

Known worldwide for its free wifi. The though of that made her want to scoff out loud. Last time she'd gone there, they needed her email and a password and her full name. So she'd just played around with the wifi, messing it up before finally getting easy access to it. Yeah. Green and white and sooooo cheap. well, what could one expect? That was Allie. Cynical about most things, if not everything.

Gio (mediamartyr17) | 386 comments Tommy held the door open for his two female comrades. He looked in his peripheral for any potential threats. All he saw were the expressions of the diverse people within the cafe. Some probably thought that Tome was a very lucky man. Some most likely pegged him to be a homosexual because if his beach clothes in the middle of Autumn and friends being women. Either assumption was okay with him because it meant that they weren't found to be criminals despite them attracting attention and the light sweat on their bodies.

When they got in, he asked them. "So who's Paying? He was joking and went in front of them. He was absolutely paying.

Devon Olga Camilla

Devon looked avidly around her as she walked behind her comrades. She always liked to look around her and wasn't the type to be afraid to actually turn around and look behind her as well. The city was beautiful as always even if the weathered didn't play along. She kept silent though as usual. She rarely spoke just out of the blue and when she did it was creepy since she didn't say anything 'normal'. She eagerly stepped inside the establishment, having never used it's services. She only used things she built herself and knew were hack less. As usual Devon had been tugging on her hoodie, making sure it covered her head. Though it had to do more now with the weather then the true reason. Sure she was good looking facially despite having the body of a awkwardly developing teenager but Devon still didn't like to show her face despite not being scared there. She just liked being hidden and in the shadows. Hence how she had gotten her alias of Shadow Demon. She looked up at the board advertising the products and bit her lip. She always did when she was thinking. She couldn't decide between a milkshake and a cup of hot coco. Since Devon never really talked the other's didn't know much about her history and she preferred it that way. She preferred to keep her family and her life before hidden, even from herself. She stood with her hands in her pockets. Her leg shaking just the slightest bit as it always did when idle. She sighed and looked at the others finally. Curious as to what they would get. Since she had realised a long time ago that what people order reveals a lot about themselves.

Gio (mediamartyr17) | 386 comments Tome ordered a Slow-Roasted Ham & Swiss Breakfast Sandwich and. The barista taking orders blushed when he effortlessly flirted with him. The young man had to be at most 18. By looking at the young barista, Tome could tell that he used Colgate and Listerine, that he had an addiction to sweets, and that he went out a moderate amount of time to jog or skate or take his siblings to the park. The young barista had some surprising aspects to him as Tome extensively flirted with and observed him while he made their drinks. The young man was a huge geek, he wore briefs to secure his XL package, and that he was an expert marksman and had sloppily killed someone. The last one was a very big surprise to Tome. The young man had lightly tone body like someone who knew his way around multiple weapons, including his own 'sword.' He also had barely noticeable specks of blood on his face and neck, like he had to kill someone with bare essentials.

Tome was not at all expecting to a kid with so much raw potential. The young man was going to rot in a cell, based on how his hand trembled slightly and how easily had told a stranger with full seriousness that he hated his dad for how he treated the barista's mother.

What if Tome took the talented man with him? The kid could be his apprentice and handle the things that were too complicated for Tome.

Finally, Tome asked the barista his name. His name was Justin Abélard. Wrote on a napkin. "Call me when you get off of work. And you can call me Tommy" Tome said with a wink and walked away with their orders without paying a cent.

------
Justin took a look at the napkin that Tommy had given him. The handwriting was almost calligraphy, but was somehow still written in print. Justin had to take a second glance at the napkin. Tome had put a message into a very complex riddle with his phone number, and these words in plain English: Do not dare to call me if you cannot decode the riddle. Justin tucked the napkin into his wallet for when he got onto break, not realizing that he hadn't taken money from him.

((I unintentionally just introduced the boy I'm creating. I did this and now I have to make the profile. His Face Claim is Nicklas Kingo))

Devon was standing behind and to the side of Tommy as he spoke to the barista. She too noticed the blood on the boy and the murder in his eyes. And she too was surprised. He didn't seem the type with the way he was blushing to Tommy's flirting. Ugh silly man that played it both ways. One would think one picks but that was Tommy for you. And besides, Devon never judged. She looked more carefully at the boy and realised she was frowning to her own horror. It wasn't that she disapproved of the boy being a murderer, heck she was too but, there was another reason for her frown. Devon was sad. Sad for this boy and the way he was going to end up. Sure he would figure out the riddle and call Tommy and Tommy would in the end start training the kid and most likely take him to bed but... He had stepped over a line, a line there was no going back from no matter how hard one wished. Devon was sad since this kid was a goner, there was no going back for him. She then idly wondered who he had killed as her eyes sparkled with sadness. She realised she was showing her emotions and quickly shut them off as she stepped forward and ordered a hot coco with a doughnut. She spoke softly but audibly, she also spoke fast so she wouldn't speak for long. It was a shame since Devon's voice was rather beautiful. She kept her head low and her face and eyes veiled, as if the emotion there only a moment ago had been a ghost.

Tome sat down and his expression changed to a serious one. He took of sip of Green Apple Izze. " Before I say my idea, do either of you have a suggestion for where to proceed from here?"

Allanna strode in confidently after them into Starbucks, ramining at the back for once. Her two comrades should know that she never ate or drank anything but water when they were on serious missions- and apparently this was one. Allie kept alive on her land lady's Scottish Walkers shortbread in the morning and then on water for the rest of the day. And as
For her long-lasting supply of energy... That was a mystery to everybody, including Allannah. The young woman hardly slept on missions and spent more time in front of a screen trying to hack a suspicious website rather than not doing so. She supposed only that since she was used to it by now, her eyes weren't bloodshot and her skin not the unhealthy pallour of an alabastrine figure.

So it was that the three compatriots sat down together in Starbucks- or 'the mermaid at the end of the lane' as Allie liked to call it, after the book 'the ocean at the end of the lane'. Her sense of homour was... Rather strange, but then again, her great grandfather had been lobotomised when he had only been in his thirties. His death was short at the age of seventy- and Julian was glad for it, for for forty years he great grandfather had lived without or with no emotion and no self ability to think.

Once more, Jules found her interconnected thought pattern switch course, and she shrugged her shoulders to clearer mind a bit.

She looked at Devon and Tommy, the latter who sat across from her, as she sipped from her glass of water, and then let her light cerulean eyes drift over to the waiter. Her eyes narrowed at Tommy- the poor waiter didn't know what the blazes he was doing- but after all, what right did Allie posses that would allow her to interfere? That's right- none.

Allie had to smile, though when she saw Devin a the counter. The older girl would, without a doubt, solve the riddle - Allie was near-sure of it. As to whether it would pertain or not, that remained a mystery for the time being.

Devon Olga Camilla

After Devon ordered her hot chocolate and plain doughnut she paid for herself and Tommy. The young blonde barrister looking quite sheepish that he hadn't accepted money from his former customer since he was so flustered by his relentless flirting. Devon's face had been blank and she had only given a curt nod to say thanks. She had walked over to the table Jules was already sitting by since she had a habit of never eating on a mission really. Devon had always wondered how the petite blonde had managed to stay alive but again it had nothing to do with her and if she wanted to know she could always ask. But that mere thought made Devon's skin itch. Since it would talking. The assassination life hadn't been easy on Devon but considering her past that was no wonder. And of course had her companions actually known they would understand but they didn't know. Not even Tome and all his contacts or perhaps more specifically his lovers. No, they didn't know her, not really. And they never would. Devon would remain the quiet enigma that she was until she either died or lost her sanity. She noticed the weather worsening as she took her seat and stared down at her food and beverage. She did notice however out of her peripheral vision that Tome's expression got serious. Her eye twitched, her way of a smile. He was an enigma himself as was Jules and their forth compatriot. They were enigma's because of what they truly were. Assassins were mysteries even to themselves. But this very enigma saddened Devon. She nor anyone else on their team would ever be able to be free and be themselves. Shit they didn't even fully trust each other. Devon was alone. Ever since that night she had been alone. And she would forever be alone. Only the memory of what it was like to be loved, free, whole, herself and surrounded by people who trusted and loved her kept her going now. She knew though one day it would end and she would lose the last remnants of herself but for now she kept going. She had to. There was still a purpose. Life wasn't done with her yet. She kept quiet though since she was more of a follower. Tome and Jules and even their elusive fourth talked strategy and shit like that. Devon was more the muscle in a sense. She had the best aim and was a remarkable distance shooter with a sniper rifle. She picked at the icing on her doughnut with her finger as she merely listened to her comrades. Minding her own business as she forever did.

Gio (mediamartyr17) | 386 comments As Tome waited for one the girls(most likely Jules) to respond, his mind wandered to his alias, the Urbane Butcher. To Tome his alias was not just a nod to his barbaric style of killing, but also a stage name. Despite his choice of occupation and flirting, Tome was quite wholesome. He only flirted to fit the mold of the sexy, rich whore monger. When he observed people he paid attention to all features, but purposely exaggerated his analysis of the more sexual parts of the body. Tome had only had sex with 1 woman and 2 men over his entire life. Tome was a smooth talker before embodying his alias. He eventually figured out that people were easily more open to someone that made them swoon and developed a way to steer the conversations to get what he needed casually.

Everything Tome did as a Killer was with purpose. They had to be in order for him to maintain a steady cash flow as well as a personal life. He lived on the technological marvel of a yacht and wore spring and summer colors in order to make people underestimate his abilities or as a back up plan in case he couldn't handle the situation with a less explosive piece of weaponry and a pleasant orchestration of various torture tactics.

His conversation with Justin the barista however, had a more personal intention at first. Tome may not have an over active sex drive, but he was single and looking to find love. Instead he found a young adult with the potential to be very talented in assassination if he didn't get arrested for murdering his father clumsily and out of his element. Tome wasn't mad about not finding a guy to go on a date with after finishing up in Detroit. He was very excited to teach someone his skills and maybe get the others too pitch in.

((Oh I forgot to say this. I made a few rounds of the Character Format about a month ago. I haven't put it up yet because I don't want to start on it yet with my lazy self. But I will be putting it up soon.))

Love and lust and all things associated with the common idea of love were of little importance to Julian. Though she was not looking for love, and most certainly had had no experience with it before, she supposed she didn't mind it all that much. But, after all that, when it came to lust and hunger and love, Jules preferred to stick to dark novellas such as 'Perfume,' the story of a serial killer who seeks to find the right perfume in human flesh. Yep. Jukes' mind could sometimes veer off into the darker side of things... but then again she was the strange mind within their trio.

Jukes fiddled with a pen as she watched her two friends from across the table, twirling it around her fingers. It was a red fountain pen, with a fine nib, and it had cost her a good sum, but she loved the pen. It was a very handy instrument at times, with a built-in lock-pick which Allie had fashioned and moulded out of metal herself using sheets of metal and a Bunsen burner.

One could have assumed that this young woman with the honey coloured hair would have a lot of free time, but Allie didn't. Well, that is, she spends it all on reading, documenting their crime scenarios, toying around with a Bunsen in the kitchen and experimenting with things... As well as irritating landladies.

Julian sighed and set the pen down, thinking about their mission.
