Nate Dern (natedern) | 2 comments I love reading and I love all of you.

I'm a reader and writer living in Brooklyn and working at humor website Funny Or Die in New York City.

This summer I read the first five A Song Of Fire And Ice books and got all jazzed up about it. I like fantasy and sci-fi, but also pretty much most good fiction. Lately George Saunders has been my favorite author, but also love DFW, and Franzen. First literary love was Vonnegut.

Daniel (dnorton) | 1 comments Have you read Robin Hobb's Farseer books?

I haven't yet! I'll add that to my "to read" shelf.

I have read the first three Martin books and am taking a break, will get back to them soon. I am currently on 'Girl, Interrupted' about a girl in an insane asylum. Interesting and very quick moving so far. Also am reading another Russian classic 'Fathers and Sons'. It is pretty good, but then I have always loved Russian novels.
