That books good it's supposed to stand for government or something around those lines. But it's pretty good."
Read this in high school and although I greatly under appreciated it then, I still quote it till this day. Probably now one of my favorite books. It is about government, a metaphor for several countries. Tough but good read."
I didn't really get a 1984 feeling from it, but there were social politics and things. I read it because I heard it was based on a real social experiment.

So many new narrators should take a MASTER CLASS from this man.

The Graveyard Book -Neil Gaiman
Outlander- Diana Gabaldon
Confession of an Ugly Stepsister- Gregory Maguire
Me Before You - Jojo Moyes
Devil in a Blue Dress- Walter Mosely
That's all im going to name for now. There's a few others too.

Right now:
Kindle: Jane Eyre, by Charlotte Brontë
Paperback: Fervent, by Priscilla Shirer
Audiobook: The Museum of Extraordinary Things by Alice Hoffman
Proof of Forever by Lexa Hillyer

1) Ferenc, Molnar - The Paul Street Boys
2) Bushnell, Candace - Sex and the City
3) Krentz, Jayne Ann - Flash
4) Christie, Agatha - Partners in Crime
5) Rowling, J. K. - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Jane Eyre is beautiful. I read it at uni and the comments made by the teacher were awesome. I didn't see a lot of things at first reading.

Heather- I read this recently and was completely captivated. But it's a love or hate thing- I'd be curious to see what you thought.

The book revolves around a mystery taking place in the capital of the USA in 1946, except that it's an alternate-history version of America, where pirates scared away the Mayflower (which settled in Haiti instead) and founded America themselves. It's absolutely bonkers and I've loved every minute of it so far :D
