In Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz Chapter 19, the Woggle-Bug and the Tin Woodsman both give speeches to the jury during a murder trial but the entire Emerald City is there as spectators. Could this work for the speech goal?

I'll take the quote one. I just looked to see how long the new Nancy Drew is (don't have it on audio, but have a physical copy) and there's a Shakesphere quote on the last page! Will start it now.

Great job everyone! I just started two more books today and one is around 800 pages so I should be helping more this week!

When it says listed on the first page on GR, does that mean when you click on Genres under Explore or on the actual page for that book?

Genre is actual page for the book, though can be a subcategory. Shelves are clicking on the explore.

So horror is the page of the actual book.

Ahh, ok! I have a book that could work for Horror. Welcome to Night Vale. It has Horror listed under genre on it's page. It's the third one down. Would that work? Assuming we don't have something else that works that is already read, of course.

That works, and with the few goalless books we have, we don't have any that are horror.

Nope, it is not shelved on 1st page as such.

I finished my big one and found one that fits this one

Just finished up the BOM, A Darker Shade of Magic and will start on the new BOM, The Nightingale. I already did the first 3 days of questions and will complete the rest for the BOM tonight.

Oh, since I'm almost finished up with Welcome to Night Vale, I was going to start Sense and Sensibility, which would cover our "british" goal. I should be able to get through it in a day or two :)

currently down with the flu. nothing to do but read. I expect to finish a few books during this.

Ok, finished the insect on the cover goal but the book could be saved for our interesting word goals since it was a scientific book. It had the dreaded vegetable that starts with an "a" for example.
