Tony Hynes Opal can never really be defeated? Can she?

Tony Hynes Agreed! I do like having three geniuses in one book though. Foaly, Opal, and of course Artemis. One of my favorite things about these books is the banter! Colfer is so clever.

Tony Hynes I love his maturation process throughout the series as well. For some reason I always thought him and Holly would end up being together, but it worked out nicely anyway.

Tony Hynes Yeah I felt the same way! The time paradox was a perfect time to get them together, and Colfer was smart to make artemis and holly young at the same time to play on their romantic tension. I was hoping it would carry over to the other books as well. And I should have waited to read the final book lol. You won't be disappointed though!

Tony Hynes I don't want to spoil it but it was a really good book as well.

Tony Hynes He ends it the right way, definitely. I felt the same way about Harry Potter when it ended (as did everyone else). Eragon is a series I have been meaning to check out though. I'll have to read it :) Have you read the bartimaeus trilogy?

Tony Hynes I hope you do :) And I will check out Eragon then! If you like Eragon and Artemis Fowl I'd think you'd like the Bartemaeus books as well. They involve mystery, warlocks, magic, and child prodigy's as well.

Also, Shameless self promotion here, but my own narrative "The Son With Two Mom's" is a book about my journey as a black man adopted by two women of a race different from mine. It chronicles some of the things my family faced growing up in the 90's as both a gay headed household and transracial adoptive household. If you're interested let me know, and I'll send a link

Tony Hynes Nice :) And Thanks. Here is the link http://www.amazon.com/Son-Two-Moms-An...
