OK, a very questions I'm still asking myself after reading Shards of Time, the last (for now) Nightrunner book?

Nothing relates to what happens or is explained in the book but still, warning: SPOILERS

1. So how and why did the Rhui'auros tinker with Seregil's fate? And have all the adjustments they made come into use yet? Is his (main) fate played out?
2. Why is Seregil's magic wonky? It's implied that the Rhui'auros had something to do with that, and it's been helpful, but what's the reason?
3. What about the plot thread with the dragons, the White Road and the Hadzrielfaie? And Alec?
4. Does Alec ever have kids or is he just the fun uncle, like Seregil?

I hope that one day, years from now, Lynn Flewelling comes back to visit the world in the same sort of way Ellen Kushner did with Swordpoint -- the sequels to which are -amazing-, both the full novels and the short stories. I could definitely see stories set say in Micum's elderly years or something about Beca and Nyal. Like I said, not now, as I can understand why an author wants to do other things, but later, later, when the time is right.

Agreed. I'm sorry that Lynn Flewelling has put aside the NIghtrunners. Hoping that she will return when the muses are ready. But looking ahead to her new works!
