Plenty of well known books in your list, I'll read Green Tomatoes too!
I really enjoyed the Hunger Games series (2nd is my favorite) and The Road (great atmosphere). I wasn't compelled by The Neverending Story but it was a very interesting read in how it's built. Dorian and Maze Runner were disappointing but hopefully you'll enjoy them.
I didn't know The Last of the Mohicans was a book (I think I haven't seen the movie).
