Support for Indie Authors discussion

I'm thinking ahead to promoting my book as I'm editing it. I'm trying to find some science fiction sites that I can connect with before the book comes out and perhaps get the book reviewed. I'm running into what everyone else has probably run into: most review sites don't consider self published books. Has anyone found a science fiction site that does consider self-published books? If you are owner of such a blog, please let me know as well, would love to follow a fellow SIA member!
